*A novel is a roller coaster of emotions. Your heroes need to have struggles and consequences, of course, but at the same time, you can't make them suffer the entire book! After some rough times for Makarria, Caile, and Parmo, we finally see our protagonists get a taste of victory in this installment of the book. This was a fun section of the book to write, and from this point forward, the action really picks up pace, all the way to the climactic ending. Hold on tight!
