I have 5 kids and the oldest is 9, im 17.

chapter 12

Will you marry me? I asked, I closed my eyes in fear of the answer.

Moments later I braved it up and opened my eyes, I pulled out a cheap ring that Scarlett had given me from her chocolate egg, kneeling on the floor I looked up, i could see his stunned face turn to a smile, he then knelt down on the ground pulled out a jewelers box and repeated the same question i had asked him, I took that as a yes and squealed with delight!

I was only 17, he was 19 in a month, next year we were back to school again for one more year, he had gotten the oppurtunity to play for ireland after he done his leaving cert i wanted to be an Oncologist Doctor. We had many years of hard work ahead of us, and I had,  scratch that, WE had 6 beautiful children to look after. 

Were we mad, we stayed up all night thinking and talking we said that we were going to put off the wedding until we had jobs and a career ahead of us. I rang Tom with the news he was delighted for us, but he also thought we were a bit young. he was happy we put our studies and careers ahead of us. The last time i checked my watch it was half four in the morning,  i must have fallen asleep because the next thing i remember is walking up to a breakfast in bed by my Fiancéé, i looked at the clock and realised it was half twelve, that was the first time i remember sleeping that long, I had nearly finished my breakfast when Matt locked the door and gave me something in a sexy bag, I peeked inside and was shocked at what i saw, I ran into the bathroom and changed into a pretty lace black bra and underwear. I knocked on the door and came out to find my fiancéé wearing nothing but socks i smiled and ran to the bed, the rest is a secret!

I lay beside him for hours and realised that it was a Sunday and there were NO children! I asked him what had he done with my babies and he just smirked and winked at me! At around half Four we hopped in the shower together, we stood for 15 minutes eyes closed just comfortable with each others presence, eventually he got out and allowed me to wash my hair, I hopped out of the shower and draped a big fluffy towel over my skinny body, I walked into my room and saw a fresh set of new underwear and a red silky dress that was very flattering to my bodies shape, I quickly pulled it on and slipped on a pair of black jimmy choos, this man has me spoiled i thought, I saw a note stuck to the door and it said that i was to leave my hair and make up and just to knock on the door when i was ready, I did as i was told and in walked six women, they sat me at my giant dressing table and began plucking my eyebrows, styling my hair and painting my nails, they then applied make up to my face. I  walked down the stairs and was met at the bottom by my fiancéé who had also scrubbed up well, I arrived at the door of the dining room with Matt on my arm and he knocked on the door, the door was opened by a mini little man, in black trousers and shirt with a white towel over his arm, he bowed to me and allowed me entrance into his dining room, i smiled at my little Aaron and wondered how he was bribed to do this, I was then ushered to my seat by a black haired little lady wearing a black shirt and a black skirt and a white pinafore, cant believe there is nothing pink, Scarlett always wears pink, I was then given a menu by a taller girl who was wearing trousers, no way could you get my Sheila to wear a skirt, after the trouble i had shopping before the funeral. After briefly reading the menu, and choosing the chicken nuggets and chips and pasta with choice of red wine or white, out waltzed a pretty girl that looked like the previous girl with little kitten heels came out to take my order in her notepad no other 8 year old cared about little heels like my Cáitlin, she ran to the kitchen shouted my order and came back for Matt's order, after receiving my red wine which was ribena, i drank it in sips, i couldn't help but laugh, and think we only have two more kids to see, like the circus. I was taking to Matt when out toddled the littlest girl wearing a black little dress and a pinafore in her walker, on the front of the  walker sat a plate with nuggets and chips and my salad that consisted of just lettuce and a whole pepper, i couldn't help but laugh as i lifted it off her walker, then she disappeared only to arrive a few minutes later with Matt's plate. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, and was actually quite stuffed when all the children came out and Sheila with a camera and began to take pictures, all the children sat down and i counted them and noticed Benny was still nowhere to be seen, I looked around and all of a sudden a saw flashing lights on a cake that was been carried by Benny and i realised i had totally forgotten that i was 18  today, i was officially an adult, i began to laugh hysterically and everyone joined in as i blew out the candles and wished that in five years time things would still be the same.
