Dinner...With Vampires

 Funny, I've been dating Darren for two years and I have never met his family. I've been to his home only once and no one was home then. Some how I got him to bring me over for dinner. I was aware that Darren had a twin. He went to school with use. He wasn't anything like Darren. Devin was shy and kind of quiet. Devin helped me talk Darren into bring me over for dinner.

 We arrived to his house. I have never know Darren to be nervous but he was tonight. The house he lived in was vary big. It had two stories to it. It had a total of five rooms, a big living room and kitchen. There was the family library which i was sure Darren spent alot of time it because he loved to  read. There was big back yard and small green house out back. Once the tour of the house was over he introduced me his family. There was Kevin who was the oldest Male and child. He looked like there father who had blue eyes and long brown hair and handsome smile. Kathy and Kayla were  the oldest twin girls. Darren and Devin were boarn after them. There mother had black hair and green eyes. She was vary beautiful and looked vary young. Both parents looked young. And finally ther was Emily. Emily was on thirteen and she looked like there mom.

 We sat down to dinner. Everything was going okay. But Kevin kept looking at me the whole time. It made me really nervous. Darren kept looking at him. I kept getting this uneasy feeling. After dinner I helped Darren clear the table. I picked up the plates one by one. I reached to pick up Jessie's plate be he gabed my arms and slammed me in the wall. I screamed. He took his hand a tighted it around my neck. I looked in the mirror across from the dinning room table. Kevin had no reflection. I couldn't breath. Darren grabbed Kevin's arm. I could hear the sounds of bone popping. "Let her go, or I will kill you." Darren's reflection slowly disappeared. His eyes went from blue to sharp red. Kevin growled at him and Darren did the same back. They had fangs. Sharp white fangs. Kevin let me go and Darren grabbed me before I hit the floor. I gasped for air. I looked at him. I pushed him away. I got up to my feet and ran. Darren ran after me but I made it out the house running.

 I was no more the six blocks away from his house when his car pulled up. I was freaking out. I couldn't find my cell phone. Darren pulled up on the side of me and put in the window down. Some how he convenced me to get into his car. I got in and drove me home. I stayed on my side of the car and didn't say anything. I found my phone in the massange set. Darren tired to talk to me about what he saw. He started to make up lies. Saying I hit my head and it was joke. I wasn't falling for it. I know I saw. There wasn't any other explanation for what I saw. Darren dropped me off at my house. He tired to get me to stay in the car and talk to him. I got out the car and so did he. I yelled at him to stay in the car. I didn't want him near me. I didn't know what he would do to me and I didn't want to find out. Darren stepped away from me and went into the house.  My dad asked me what was going on. But I didn't say anything. I just told him me and Darren got into a fight. I couldn't tell my dad what I saw or anyone. Who would belive me. Belive that the fact my boy friend wasn't even humen. That he and his family...are vampires.
