Look at your parents,

Trying to prosecute me.

Got me in the court,

Always trying to sue me.

I only write how I feel,

From deep down inside.

You have woken a beast,

Now it has come alive.

You lock me up tight in the cage,

Just to settle the score.

So I unleash the rage

And break down the door.

Then I break out of my book,

And I start to write.

I will not be moved.

I will continue this fight.

It's not my fault.

I have done nothing wrong.

When it has really been yours;

It has all along.

It was never our fault,

Because your parents don’t care.

You won’t take the blame,

So be these words I swear.

Through these Words I will stand,

And by them I will stay true.

To all the parents out there,

Now the blame is on you.

Your kids need attention,

But you are never there.

So you put the blame on writers,

And it’s just not fair.

You let your kids sit at home,

So they read what we write.

So I did nothing wrong.

I will continue this fight.

So I will continue to write,

Just let me be.

I will fight for us, the writers,

Because it all starts with me.
