Blood Spill

Chapter One: The Vision

"There have been stories of people disappearing at night recently. What do you think you think has been going on Sarah?" I asked.

Sarah answered back with "I don't know Steve. I've only heard of people disappearing near the forest by the lake." 

I then asked "Which lake is it Sarah? It's very important you tell me! A friend of mine has recently disappeared. Do you think that all of the people disappearing are by the lake?"

Then Sarah replied back with "They probably are all connected there but please don't go Steve! It's too dangerous to go and investigate that area."

"I'm sorry Sarah but I have to look for my friend. I have to look for my friend." I then knocked her out and left.

I walked up to my car and start to drive towards the lake. I arrive at the lake about twenty minutes after I left the house. I then go towards the lake and look around.

I then thought "Sarah must have been wrong about this place. There doesn't seem to be anything dangerous around here. I guess I will just take a walk around." 

After about an hour worth of walking had gone by I noticed blood on the floor in the distance. I rush towards the scene to check it out.

"I wonder who's or what it belongs to. It seems very fresh. It's probably been here for an hour at max." I then realize that the blood stains everywhere. "What Just Happened? Where Did All This Blood Come From?" 

I then started to realize that I seeing a vision of what had happened here before I arrived. I noticed a little girl running and her family behind her. Then out of nowhere there were strange noises and they all looked in every direction to see where it was coming from. They all turned to the woods and strange shadowy figures were in there. They all started to head back very slowly. Once they turned around to run away the shadowy figures came out of nowhere and grabbed them all by surprise.

The only one left was the little girl right where I was and she was surrounded. The rest of the family had been dragged into the woods while all I saw where those things devouring her. Once one turned around all I could see was a person that was missing a lot of skin just about anywhere. I then realized that they were all zombies. 

I then walked up to the water and splashed some onto my face just to make sure I wasn't seeing things but the vision was still there. I was terrified and fell onto the floor and watching in terror. "How has no one noticed these things happening around here?" I then started to hear noises in the distance just like in the vision.
