CHAPTER 9 (May 5th)

Hello everyone

It's May 5th,Sunday

It was okay,I can't say I didn't eat much,but I only ate foods that are high in protein,veggies,fruit mostly.

Well i ate fish mostly,+ salad

Im also getting told that i started looking skinnier than I was before.

And I also noticed myself,that I started becoming slimmer and yeah.

That'll be my motivation,I'll get fit till summer,the only thing I need to do is add workout in my daily routine.

I'm also gonna start saving my money.

I wanna stop using this for some shit,like chips,soda,etc.

I haven't been outside today,I don't wanna go out either till summer,

I started my challenge,this started on 5 May. And ends on Jun 5

This is what I'm gonna do.

- Cal Deficit ofc.

- HIIT, Strength training.

- +protein

- journal,draw,write something.

- 3-4 hour screen time

- shower 3x a day (I do this but still.)

- save my money and stop spending it on junk food,soda,candy.
