So today I've decided to stop going outside for a while,till summer comes and our school breaks start.
I really need to focus on myself and my studies,my body,etc.
Going out with friends causes me to binge Alot,and I don't want that.
I'll have to isolate myself from going out with friends for a while to be honest,I think it'll be good for me.
I'll focus on myself for a bit,because it's been really tiring these past days when I go out,I catched a flu aswell.
So yeah I'll start focusing on myself more.
It's like I don't give myself enough time to take care of myself.
And etc.
I'll need to take a break till summer comes.
Probably for a month I guess.
It'll be hard but it'll be worth it I'm sure,I really really need to focus on myself,my body,health etc.Going outside stresses me very much.
