Katie wasn't here.
I was at my usually shift but that one person wasn't here to make it more fun. Somehow, I thought it was because of what it looked like Katie's mom. All the thoughts ran through my head.
"Abigail!" I heard my name being called. I looked up to see my friend was staring at me. She looked worried.
"You ok?" She asked me.
"Yea." I nodded my head.
"Yea I'm." I continued
"It didn't look like you were ok." She said.
"I'm, it's just there was a little girl who came here everyday, and now she's not here." I told her my thoughts.
"Why are you worrying about a little girl all of a sudden?" She asked me, like I was crazy.
"It's just-" I couldn't form my words, yet she is right but something didn't feel right.
And I will find out.
