I wondered
why I wasn't interested in any romance book lately,
Until I remembered
I had you now
In comparison to you
No book men could come even close
They tell their girls,
when they are all dressed up,
that they are beautiful.
But you told me,
when I looked like a mess
in sweatpants, a hoodie and a messy bun (VERY messy one),
that I am prettier than the nothern lights
and that I am your north star.
You are literally better than all of the books.
(Fun Fact: The title is to be honest, kind of a reference to one of my favourite books ''Better than the Movies'' by Lynn Painter. (if you like romance, you should totally check it out))
