As panic threatened to overwhelm her, she dashed out of the restaurant, feeling the man's ominous presence trailing behind her like a ghost in the darkness. Yet, her attempt to flee was swiftly thwarted when she collided with another figure in her haste, only to be confronted by a face from her past, sending shockwaves through her already fragile state.

"You!?" she exclaimed, her voice tinged with disbelief. "You've got to be kidding me."

Her eyes widened in disbelief as she recognized her high school bully, Olivia George. Memories of humiliation and cruelty flooded her mind, leaving her frozen in place. With each passing moment, the discomfort in her chest grew, a suffocating pressure gripping her heart. Adding to her unease, she noticed the man from the restaurant trailing her, heightening her sense of vulnerability and igniting a primal instinct to escape. Caught between her past and present, she struggled to regain her composure, her breaths shallow and rapid as she grappled with the overwhelming surge of shock and discomfort.

- "Oh, look who it is! Little Miss Nobody from high school.Though You're dressing fancy for a nobody".Olivia commented

- "Oh... hey there. Long time no see."Daniella responded taken aback

- "Long time indeed. Still the same timid little mouse, huh?Are you gonna be able to come to the higthschool reunion, or are you too shy?"Olivia ridiculed Daniella

- "I've changed a lot since then. How about you?" Daniella said tying to stay calm

-"Oh, you know me. Still the same, still on top."Olivia bragged

- "Good for you. I've found my own path since then."Daniella said forcing a smile

- "Yeah, sure you have. Probably still hiding in the shadows like always...Let me tell you something you will always be beneath me."Olivia scoffed after rolled her eyes.

Daniella couldn't help but feel a surge of discomfort as the past collided with the present.

Just as Daniella thought things couldn't get any worse, she caught sight of Jonathan approaching, her high school crush now standing beside Olivia.

-"Oh right,my bad.Daniella this is Jonathan. You know Jonathan."Olivia provoked

-"Yeah, I know,I Can't believe we're running into each other like this. I'm... I'm just in shock. I never thought I'd see you again after high school." Daniella mumbled looking at Jonathan.

- "Im sorry do I know you ?"Jonathan asked

- "Jonathan this is Daniella,she used to go to the same highschool as us."Olivia answered

-"I never seen her before .I thought I knew everybody that went to our school.But I don't know her.How come I never even notice her ?"Jonathan questioned

- "I didn't think you would" . Olivia said."Anyway what are you doing here?Jonathan and I are going to celebrate our one month anniversary".Olivia continued talking without waiting for an answer

Thats when Daniella noticed the half carot diamond on Olivia's hand.

-"wow,its... nice rock ."Daniella said
