"GIANNA!" My mum yells from downstairs

"YEAH?" I yell back

She doesn't answer

I fucking hate when people do that

I go downstairs to see everyone at the kitchen table

My mum, Kate and my dad

"Yeah?" I ask once again

"Sit down" she says

I give Kate a weird look and she shrugs

I sit down beside her

"Me and your father have something to tell you" she starts

"What is it?" I ask

"We are getting back together"

"WHAT?" I shout and jump off my seat

"Gianna we have been talking and we think it's the best thing" My dad says

"No you stay out of this, mum are you serious? After everything he's fucking put us through, especially you!" i yell

"Gianna calm down" My mum says

"No i won't, how the hell can you do this, he's probably still on fucking drugs!" I yell even louder this time

"GIANNA EVERDEEN DON'T YOU DARE SPEAK ABOUT ME THAT WAY, IM SOBER" My dad shouts at me

"I DON'T BELIEVE YOU"

"Gianna" My mum says

"No, you're gonna realise that this is the wrong choice" i point at my mum

"If you're not happy about it then fucking leave" My dad says

"I WILL" i shout and storm off to my room once again

"Ginny?" Kate comes into my room

I wipe my tears

"Don't leave me here, please" she says

"I'm not, you're coming with me, go pack" i say

"What if mum or dad walks in the room?" She asks

"It's okay they won't, pretend to sleep later on and then i will come into your room and we will sneak out" i explain the plan

"Okay, thank you for not leaving me" she smiles

"Of course, i could never" i smile

She leaves and i get out my bag

I start packing clothes, some makeup and skincare

I go to the bathroom and get my toothbrush and toothpaste

I finish packing and shove the bag under my bed

"Kate" i whisper

She doesn't wake up

I shake her

"Kate" i repeat
