I tried writing a poem for someone else.
But it didn't have rhythm it didn’t have bells;
Like the I ones I wrote for you did.
I tried writing a poem for someone new.
But it didn’t turn out to be like the few;
I wrote for you.
I want to meet you soon,
On a night of a full moon.
I want to sit in the sand,
By the ocean;
Holding your hand,
Healing parts of you that are broken.
I want to tell you about,
All the poems I wrote for you;
And clear all the doubts,
That are between us two.
I want people to look at us and say we're a cute pair;
While I read poems for you, caressing your hair.
