But I was being the forgetful me.

I love you so much,
And I try to hide it just as much.
Even though I can feel my heart race,
I try to keep a straight face.
Because if I try smiling,
I'll end up grinning,
And it will probably creep you out.
But I was able to make you smile,
And you acted like it was fine.
You looked at me so softly,
Your smile was just so,
So warm, so kind, so friendly.
