Anne took Nellie for a check up, and shit like that,mum went with her, I was so anxious In case something happened to her, what if shes dying! I started tearing up and Charlie saw that straight away

"hey" he said in a comforting tone "Nellie will be okay! She's such a strong pup! Want to go get ice cream whilst we wait? Anne said she will be 4 hours or something like that! "he smiled, his smile is just so contagious, I smile back at him trying my best to still not cry.

We walked down the road and went to a small ice cream parlor, it was small but welcoming, the walls were pink and the floors were a light blue, it was really cute!

Me and Charlie got our ice cream and sat down and a table, I got bubblegum and Charlie got chocolate

After we finished eating we went to a park just across from it, we played on the swings, the zip lines, there was even a little trampoline, so I obviously had to have a try on it! But when I bounced on it, it broke and with my impact from the jump it made me fall on my ankle, it hurt the full time we were there

Charlie kept asking me if I was okay and if I wanted to sit down cause of my limp, but I just said that we should head back to the vets

We arrived back at the vets and one of the assistants walked passed and asked me if I was okay. " Sir are you okay? You look awful pale and you ankle looks weird?"she sounded concerned, "i-im fine I just fell on it" I mutter out, if I'm being totally honest... I'm in allot of pain tight now, but I have to focus on Nells!

We walked back into the room were mun was crying, the nurse next to her and Nellie laying down on the table... "What's going on mum!?" I go to comfort her "Nellie is... "
