Now the rest of the company had been awaken and the now stood listening to balins tale which was very sad.
Thorin walks through them as their gaze upon their leader with newfound respect.
"And the Pale Orc? Bilbo asks. "What happened to him?" Edith was also curious
"He slunk back into the hole whence he came from," Thorin answers. "That filth died of his wounds long ago."
A small relief floods her, hearing that such a monstrosity no longer walks this earth Bilbo also seemed relieved that he would not encounter azog.
The camp settles back down, even Thorin finding a spot on his bedroll. Where fang used to be fang was now with Edith staying close the sound of the orcs had now made him go on full alert.
Though Edith instead on going back to sleep she sat in between the two brother the fire keeping her warm though she wasn't that cold to begin with fang was right beside her.
Kili ran his fingers through fangs fur fang showed signs of disapproval at first though gave in soon enough.
Edith smiled at his antics "trust me he's such a gentle boy he's just protective"
Kili laughed a bit it kinda reminded him of dwalin a bit he can be kind though he's just very protective
He stopped smiling when his fingers ran over a stop where his fur didn't grow back as thick "what happened here?" He asked curiously and I looked over
"When fang was there with me when Smaug came and was burnt by the fire he was just a puppy when it happened" she answered and Kili had a sad look on his face so did Fili who sat a little bit to close to Edith.
Fang laid on his back wanting stomach rubs which made the brothers laugh
Fili bent down rubbing fangs belly the brother definitely fell in love with fang Edith couldn't control her laughter when fang smacked Fili on the face with his hard tail
Fili groaned before also laughing along side Edith.
The three spent most of the night talking until there watch was over they soon laid down to at least get a couple of sleep.

Thorin stares at the grey sky as the morning sun barely seeps through the gaps of the thick softness.
The camp was already packing up almost ready to leave Edith was almost done packing up.
Thorin looked behind him finally seeing her clearly Thorin was very near sighted which is why he's always so keen on sizing people up
Thorin would never in a million years admit it but he was very watchful of Edith and bilbo because they were never really close to him and far away he looked pretty blurry.
Thorin watches her movement a lot since he doesn't always get the change to see her clearly so he relies on Dwalin, Fili and Kili to keep an eye on her.
Edith saw Thorin staring over the horizon and she takes a deep breath in before stepping ever so slightly closer to him Thorin doesn't bother to turn though he can tell she was behind him
"Rain is not very far off" she said looking at him then also looking over the horizon which looked beautiful though dark clouds were closing in.
"Rain will not hurt us, but if it bothers you then go somewhere else" he answers looking over his shoulder for a quick moment being able to see her clearly.
Those words definitely hurt her slightly she stood quiet for a moment before finally speaking "It does not bother me I just to tell you" she says turning away quickly grabbing her pack and putting it on her horse
Thorin looked over his shoulder once more as she started putting her stuff on her horse.
Fang lets out a huff at Thorin before letting out an annoyed whine and trotting to Edith
Fang was a bully to her stallion rocky and once Edith turned her back the torment began fang would bite at his hooves and rocky made an uncomfortable noise
Everyone was soon mounting there ponies and Edith started mounting her own fang soon stopped
They were now on the go the clouds were closing in and covered the sun giving the place a more cold atmosphere
The dryness of their clothes does not last long and only an half an hour into there travels does the cloud's decide to let go on all the weight they have been holding in
The rain starts off as small droplets nothing but a mere drizzle Thorin doesn't seem phased by this at all
But the small droplets turn into heavy pouring that fell against there skin harshly
Edith blinked feverishly keeping the water out of her eyes she pulls her hood over her head but it did not justice she was soaked from head to toe
Words of annoyance and discomfort came from the company due to the hard rain
Everybody looks just as miserable as she feels but poor Bilbo baggins only had a small trench coat on
Her elvish blood would protect her from sickness so she took off her cloak and rode closer to Bilbo
"Here master Baggins" she said draping the cloak over him he tried to protest but she had already pulled the hood over his head "but won't you need it?" He asked worriedly "I'm already soaked the cloak will due me no protection anymore.
He nodded and rode on with a smile he felt more warm now.
Fang was soaked and stopped to shake the water off his thick coat and ran around the company messing with the ponies which caused the company to complain
"Aye!" Dwalin shouted at fang before riding away from him fang held his head low and let out a huff
The ponies hooves were covered in mud the rain caused the dirt to turn into mud and causing the horses to step into uncomfortable
They were all unhappy with the situation and there was no small talk or any chatter and fang was definitely becoming bored and started tormenting everyone's ponies
Fang soon turned to Edith's horse he creeped behind her stallion, rocky was not aware of the wolf creeping up behind him even Edith didn't hear fang the sound of the droplets filled her ears.
Fang bit at Rocky's ankle which scared her stallion rocky let out a shriek before kicking up his heels.
Edith screamed as rocky kicked up his heels causing her to fall off her horse the company quickly stopped and Fili quickly dismounted his pony to get to Edith.
Rocky was about to bolt off from the fright when Thorin also dismounted and grabbed the reigns of her horse calming it down.
Fili helped Edith up from the mud "Are you alright?" He asked worriedly checking her for any injuries
"I'm fine just covered in mud is all" she answered Fili let out a sigh of relief
And they both turned to fang who lowered his head and looked up with an apologetic look
Edith groaned angrily and just turned around to grab the reigns from Thorin who also made sure she wasn't hurt in any way.
