As most humans possessed an uncanny ability of being optimistic in hopeless situations; Creds 'any second now' turned into 5.750 minutes. One by one; Mia operating the Terminus transporters beamed the crew aboard.

With in the first horrendous minute of contact with the Creatures that populated the planet below; Mia's Android body was immediately damaged. Using herself as bait she engaged the creatures in hand to hand combat.

Leviathan was injured at 2:45. Impaled by claw. Cred and Zephyr stood back to back channeling atomic energy into the advancing horde. Leviathan huddled at their feet firing whatever weapon he could summon.

As the fourth a final member materialized on the transporter pad; Mia now instantly repaired, took the other three to the waiting crewmen in the medical bay.

The Terminus was a much larger ship; its medical facilities were much more advanced. The status pod retracted into the wall with leviathan in one and Zypher resting on the other. Cred for himself had never pushed that hard on his abilities before, he was winded but knew within moments he would be fine. He rested on the bed on the other side of Zephyr.

She explained verbally to Mia as she laid her down; "I might have tried to do too much; there were so many of them. So many angry minds; all hungry. I tried to talk to them with the nural link. It, it didn't work." She laughed dryly.

"What made you think you could calm 2000 minds?" Mia asked. Mia however gave a number to an Unknown number Zephyr had just faced. "You mean to tell me.."
"2379 if you include the ones in a ten mile radius." Mia said unmoved. She winked as she checked a reading above Zyphers head. "Some of the big ones we clocked at 120 miles per hour."

Cred chuckled softly as he stretched and injected a booster into his armour port. Offering the same booster to Zephyr she nodded and accepted the dose. "What dad?" She smiled as her face appeared from behind her helmet. His too appeared as he chuckled loudly.

Standing he began to walk out of the room- "Hey!" She said loudly slapping her hand on the bed next to her. He paused and slowly looked over his shoulder.

"It just only seems right;" he said as he made eye contact. "It would be my kid that tries to save the un-saveable." Not expecting those words from him she remained silent as he turned saluted and departed for the bridge.

Quietly Cred was cleared for action aboard The Terminus. He took command until Zypher returned to the bridge. He requested a course from The Emperors Hand; seconds later the vessel was at high warp speeds.

While they were family; they never lost focus of what they needed next. This Cred and Zephyr began to harmonize. Mia even added to their efforts simply worked even better. As a team there was literally nothing that could stop them. However they seemed to persist at finding the limits they could push themselves to. Often, and without question; even at their own peril.

As became apparent earlier; the partical that was once out of control in their bodies had halted its advance. The times they dipped into the abundant reservoir of raw power, they did so with with more and more skill and control. Oftentimes with diminishing effort.

As their boots met the surface of a familiar planet; their onboard sensors hammer the sandy surface for any atomic residue from their last visit. Finding their trail Alaric ran ahead.

Alerting; Zypher said to the rest of the team. "It appears they are expecting us." Looking ahead; the sand staircase had detected them and opened in advance. Alaric playfully "happy feeted" next to the door.

It was something Zypher was proud of. As the particle had effect Alaric too, his ability to summon speech at times began to surface. His ability to be trained in useless dances and playful games became something unique to Alaric and his direct family tree.

The 'family pet' was officially Alaric- but if he heard you say that he would very likely bite you. Not only that, but Mordors carry their own anti-venom. They would have to be told to save you. Or in Alarics case 'want' to save you from a venomously induced death.

As they emerged in the subterranean main chamber; they immediately noticed the white pools were missing. Furthermore The air was Dry and; suspiciously a horde of humanoids gazed back at them.

"That's new." Cred oversimplified. An Ai interface much like Mia, began to alert of its activity. Nanobots the size of sand began to swirl.

From this sand; Mia in a copper and Ruby themed armour stepped like she was climbing stairs. Her body gradually materialized.

"Greetings Humans." She calmly bowed.

Mia; The White, took a step forward; "you have disconnected from our mutual interface." She stepped forward as if closing the distance could change anything in a discussion between two Ai / Sisters.

Ruby as she chose to be called; seemed confused and unsure of their intentions.

The Ai's interfaced information in a flash. Mia waited for the few seconds it would take for the humans to catch up to her ultra fast processors. "alright," she heard Creds grumble as he ignored the ice cream headache.

"So they have been alone on this planet since we left them. Locally 10 years. Because of the Particle we carry; thoughts on just calling it a virus? anyway! Because of this particle; all of their pods activated. Population boom. Population doesn't have ores or rare resources. Population is..." he looked at their deplorable state;

He sighed, "I can go collect resources; you just have to tell me how many metric tons."

She had reservations about helping these creatures. They had a defensive force last time. There was no mention of or; any reference to one.

Cred requested a transition from surface to space. The ground around him glowed and then dimmed. Cred had vanished.

A man whose eyes matched that of a wolf; intercepted Cred. "Commander; give the command we are underway for resources."

Arriving on the bridge- a hologram of Mia sat in the captains chair. "Oh don't get up!-" he yelled loudly; "are you seriously trying to scare a light projection!!" She yelled back.
"I don't know are you programmed for such things?!" He raised his voice. A moment passed as a quiet chime sounded.

"Commander; the vessel is yours." Mia stood then paused and then said "you know you can just say the voice command prompts and I can give you the ship."

Cred now sat in the centre seat. He smiled proudly, then he stood and faced the hologram. "Let's face it- my commands are unique." Mia laughed; "a 9 year old with a globally networked computer at times Cred can code better. But who am I to say anything?" She laughed dryly back as she warmed up to him.

"Mia how many of your users have customized command interface prompts?" He boasted a flex that perhaps even he didn't want now.

A long pause set in. "Just one Cred. Have a safe trip. Call me if you need me." A faint chime sounded.

Cred would go beyond her sensory awareness as they were on the only planet that had a friendly fraction indicator. Many hours passed.

Deep within the planet a warning system chimed almost with all of its remaining power. An old observatory lab had detected not only the largest Nevick vessel it has ever seen; but, the payloads of resources that the Nevick vessel is air dropping. It would appear Cred was Successful.
