People have their own reason for their metal brake down. I have mind because I'm weak, I can't handle pain and i hate causing pain for other. I don't want to tell news i know they don't want hear. And when it happens I cause physical pain on myself. Or verbal pain on others. I don't mean to, it just keeps out of my mouth when it gets the chance to. And i hate it
