Your characters are the reason why your story matters.
So you must treat them as such.
Don't let them be the punching bag for the plot.
Your characters must be real ( if you want them to)
They must have feelings like we do.
They must talk, breathe, eat, and more like normal human beings do.
All I'm trying to say is let them behave like humans and not to be 'Perfect '
