Claudia is a character within the Aquaman universe, seen in the original novel Aquaman: Undertow and mentioned in Arthur's Guide to Atlantis. What we know about her from these:
-She has brown hair and freckles
-She's the same age as Arthur, is in his class, and is his only friend, standing up to the bullies for him. She was there the day Arthur controlled the sea creatures at the aquarium
-She also lost her mom when she was very young
-She attributes having two brothers (she being the middle child) to making her so tough
