How to grow 1 inch taller in 1-2months!
+1.5 inches with hacks ;)1. Start sleeping on your front with a pillow under your stomach the goal is to straighten your spine out over time. Only use the pillow for 1 month for accelarated results.
2. Place 4-5 blankets under your beed sheet to soften your mattress, allow your spine to fully decompress and relax as you sleep. Just buy cheap thick blankets from your local supermarket.
3. Work on your posture, breath in deep to your upper chest and role your shoulders back fully to keep your upper spinal curve as straight and tall as possible. Do this for 1-2 months and your upper spine will straighten making you taller.
4. Start doing pull ups every day. The extra back muscle will support your spine and keep it from compressing and will help pull your shoulders back resulting in better taller posture too.
Step 1-4 will add 1 inch over 1-3 months.
5. Start wearing boots with a larger sole, then insert height increasing insoles (5cm)
The larger sole will also add ~2cm6. Only wear black shoes & black trousers/jeans
This will create the illusion of you being even taller. Make sure that you wear a larger more bulkie top layer so you don't look slender like in the photo above. (Your goal is to take up height and width without looking fat)
7. Start adding more volume to your hairstyle, a good hair style can make you appear another 1cm taller. Ideally add volume and slight wavey hair texture.
Do all of this to be about ~4 inches taller and appear ~5 inches taller which would get you from6 foot to 6'4 or 5'8 to 6 foot ;)
If you're a 5 now with average height or even shorter you will be a 6.5 with the increased height & improved posture.
If you would be a 9 but are shorter than her youre at best an 7 in her eyes
