7]Who's Rose?

𝑨𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒂 𝑫𝒆 𝑳𝒖𝒄𝒂

We reach the mall after a few minutes and all start to shop together for our own things.

I got myself new clothes, shoes and obviously stationary for hel-i mean school.

Maxim also got me a new phone, airpods, Ipad and a computer which was unnecessary since I already had some of those things.

"I can't take these Max, it's too much" I try to reason "No it's not, I bought it for you so stop complaining and just take them" he says.

I sigh and agree knowing I'm not going to be able to convince him.

"Can we get food now" Xavier asks and we all agree and head to the food court hungrily.

We order our food and sit down on a table waiting together.

"So Athena, What's your favorite colour?" Ares asks "it's Red" I answer simply "Why Red?" Max asks "I don't know, I just like it" I tell him.

We keep talking as the food arrives and everyone starts eating. "So Thena, why do you live with your friends?" Xander asks me suddenly.

"I just wanted to stay with them so I did" I lie which he never believed but he didn't ask anything else which I was grateful for.

Timeskip

We 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 got back home after shopping for like 3 hours and as soon as the car was parked in got our and ran inside the house while the guards get our bags.

"WE'RE HOME!" I hear Jaxon shout walking in as the rest of us trail behind. We don't hear an answer so I assume everyone else is out.

After entering we all go out seperate ways. Jaxon, Xander and I all go to our own rooms while Xavier,Maxim and Ares go to the game room.

Istart unpacking my clothes when I suddenly hear a knock on my door "Come in!" I shout finding my clothes.

I put the clothes away and seebteg figure and match it to no other than Xander.

"Oh hey Xander" I say surprised seeing him "Hey" he answers before we fall into a awkward silence.

"Did you need something?" I ask looking at him "I wanted to talk to you" he says and I get up and sit on my bed facing him "Go on" I sat nonchalantly.

"I know you're confused but I just really need to know Athena"

"Xan-" I start but he cuts me off "No Rose, please just listen" he says "Wait who's Rose?" I ask "It's your middle name" he answers.

"I have a middle name?" I ask and he nods confusedly "You didn't know?" He asks and I shake my head "No, not really" I say softly and he looks with no expression.

"What did you want to talk about?" I ask to break the silence "I'm going to blunt, Why were you living with your friends and not Gabriella and Carlos?" He asks.

"𝐻𝑒 𝑤𝑎𝑠 𝑵𝑶𝑻 𝑙𝑦𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑎𝑏𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑏𝑒𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑏𝑙𝑢𝑛𝑡" I think to myself.

"What?" I ask him "You heard me Athena" he says making me gulp the lump that formed in my throat which did not go unnoticed by him.

"I just was" I lie and he folds his arms and bites the inside if his cheek "Do not lie to me Athena" he say strictly.

*Knock* *Knock* I turn to look at Xander who just watches me as I get up and open the door seeing Ares stand there "Ciao mio gamella" he says. (Hey my twinny)
