how did the most prized girl of the capitol and the bakers son from the most hated district even become acquainted?
it all began when aurelia, the grand-niece of no other than President Snow began showing excessive sympathy for the districts during the 73rd Hunger Games and advocating for their equality at family dinners with her great-uncle.
the other people in the room were disturbed by her opinions, and some other capitol officials were threatening to turn her into an avox. Snow did not want this to happen to his descendant as it would be a huge scandal, so he decided to quietly ship her off to the districts.
she was being sent to district 1, but when the train rerouted during a huge storm she landed in 12 and was unable to go back to 1.
this is where our story begins.
