The night soon turns to light as the herd walks just out of the woods Eddie, crash and Ellie had disappeared and Nova had taken the center of the group, she could practically feel the eyes on her but she ignored them
Suddenly cheering was heard from on top of the hill, Nova turns seeing a tree trunk rolling down, crash and eddies voices clear as they screamed before Ellie raced past the group and Nova had to do a double take as she watched the mammoth roll over the log with her brothers in it and continue her way down
"No breaks gotta roll! Meet you at the other end!" She yells with a laugh and Nova shakes her head in slight awe
"Never thought I'd see a Mammoth riding a tree trunk.." She mumbles diego turning to her with a small nodding in agreement
"So, you think she's the girl for me?" Manny asks turning to sid slightly
"Oh yeah, she's tone of fun, and you're no fun at all. She completes you" sid swoons dramatically, Nova let's out a snort at the comment causing Manny to give her a glare but she only shoots a wink and smirk his way.
"Hey! Hey manny!" Crash calls for him climbing up a small tree
"Can you pull back the tree and shoot me into the pond?" He asks as Manny walks past giving a stern "no"
"Oh come on." He pouts
"Now how do you expect to impress Ellie with that attitude?" Sid asks
"I don't want to impress her" Manny shoots back defensively
"Then why are you trying so hard to convince her that she's a mammoth?" Sid quips and Nova gives a confused look
"Because that's what she is! I don't care if she thinks she's a possum, you can't be to things" Manny snaps back and Nova turns to diago in question and he gives a shrug
"Au contraire manfred, tell that to the bullfrog, chicken hawk or turtle dove." Sid lists off as diego and Nova walk past them
"He's never gonna let up on you, it'll be easier on all of us if you just go for it." diago says to Manny as he passes
"Oh uh, what do you want me to do?" Manny asks the brothers
"Pull back the tree, and shoot me into the pond" crash says happily Manny giving him a sceptical look
"Well, if you're too lame to do it, we can get Ellie" the possum teases
"No no no, no, I can do it. I can do it" Manny stops him before grabbing the tree and pulling back
"Have you done this before?" Manny questions and crash laughs
"Only a million times!" He states as Manny pulls further and further back better letting go the possum going flying into the sky
"I can fly!!" He screams in the distance before he slams into a tree falling down to the ground with a painful thud and Eddie panics running after his brother
"Uh oh" Manny mumbles looking at Sid and diego the three picking up there pace Nova following suit
"Crash! Crash! Crash you okay?" Eddie says worried
"What happend?" Ellie asks walking over to her brothers
"Manny shot him out of a tree!" Eddie says fast as he holds his brother and Ellie sends a stone cold glare to the mammoth
"What's wrong with you?" Ellie scolds
"He said he could do it!" Manny defended
"And you listened to him" Ellie raises an eyebrow shutting Manny up
"Crash! Whatever you do! Don't go into the light!" Eddie begs shaking him
"Can I help in any way here?" Manny asks softly
"You've done enough" Ellie snaps turning back to her brothers in concern
"Crash don't leave me! Who's gonna wash my back? Who's gonna be my wingman of mayhem? Who's gonna roll in that dung party with me?!" Eddie wails and crashs head snaps up
"Dung patch?" He asks happily
"Wait! My legs! I can stand!" He yells happily
"He can stand!" Eddie echos
"I can run!!"
"He can run! It's a miracle!" The brothers hug happily
"Hallelujah!" Ellie yells and Nova flinches at the volume her ears laying flat down to the side of her head to block it out as the three cheer
"What can I say? They're boys. They make my like s little adventure." Ellie chuckles before quickly walking over to her brothers "you guys are so dead!" She scolleds the group cringing at the sound of Ellie beating up the brothers.

The herd collected branches and trees for shelter as night began falling again Nova felt her hunger grow since she hadn't eaten the other day and she looks over to a small patch of woods and debated weather to go hunting or not.
Suddenly a tree trunk landed next to her and she yelps jumping back before seeing side feet sticking out of it and turned seeing a pissed off manny before diego walked over to the two sending Nova an apologetic smile
"I think I'm staring to get through to him!" Sids voice echoed from the trunk and Nova shook her head following the saber
"So, what's this whole, Ellie thinking she's a possum thing?" Nova asks and diago sighs
"I have no idea" he responds with a shake of his head looking up at Nova who looked ahead thinking.

Nova layed on the ground her paws crosses in front of her as she watched sid and diego
"Boy, Manny sure took a big leap with Ellie today." Sid begins and diego agrees
"He stood on the shore of uncertainty and dove right in" sid slide on his belly over to diego as he spoke
"Kinda brave huh? The way he faced his fear?" Sid says with a suggestive tone and nova narrowed her eyes, tilting her head as she listened
"I wouldn't know, sabers don't feel fear" diego says confidently and Nova rolled her eyes
"Oh, come on, all animals feel fear. It's what seperates us from, say, rocks. Rocks have no fear. And they sink" Sid states rather confusingly
"What are you getting at, sid?" Diego asks
"It may surprise you to know that I, too, have experienced fear" Sid quips dramatically
"No, you?" Diego says sarcastically sending a raised eyes glance to Nova who chuckles
"Oh yeah, yes, as impossible as it seems, the sloth had natural enemies that would like to. Harm or otherwise, "kill" is" he finishes and Nova stretches her feet in front of her with a yawn as she sits the two glancing at her
"I bet Nova has fears!" Sid says and Nova raised an eyebrow as he strunts over to her
"Don't ya?" He asks again craining his neck to look up at the wolf who stares down at him in uninterest before shrugging
"Sure" she says standing up and Sid let's out a noice of victory making her shake her head with a small almost unnoticeable smile.

Sid, diego and Nova sit around a fire Sid had made as Manny walks over
"So, how did it go?" Diego asks cheerfully
"Hm, not bad" Manny sqeaks out obviously lying before Ellie storm's past crash and Eddie on her back
"Okay, let's go we traveled with you all day, now you're coming with us at night" she orders and Nova turns to diego and Sid Before shrugging getting up and walking to beside Ellie who gives her a smile
"But we can't see at night" Manny says desperately
"Then enjoy the flood" Ellie snaps back making Nova snicker
"I can't even look at him!"
"Pervert!"
