Chapter 19:

Mina •

I'm waiting for Jeongyeon to pick me up, I have a dinner with him for the first time.

"Miss you're date is here" my butler said so I got up and walked up to the door and see Jeongyeon leaning on his car

"Hi Jeongie" I said and kiss his cheek

"Hey" he's smiling and hugs me

"You good? Let's get dinner" he added and opened his car door for me

"I didn't think you like this kind of car" I jokingly said to him

"I know you won't like riding my motorbike so I choose this car instead" he smiling at me

"I appreciate your consideration, Jeongie" I smiled at him

"You're very much welcome m'lady" he playfully teased me

We went to my favorite resto and I ordered my usual and he order a steak and wine for our drinks

"Mina I want to thank you for giving me a chance" Jeongyeon is smiling at me

I just smile at him and says

"You deserved it, Jeongie. Don't disappear again" I told him

I still have the lingering feeling of doubt of him leaving me again

"I'll never going to do it again" he laugh a little

The rest of the night they are together, but her brother finds out that she's on a date with Jeongyeon and got upset

"Bye Mina, I'll text after I got home" he smile at her

"Jeongie, do you want to stay over for tonight?" Mina asked him

Yup she's brave to asked him out to stay the night

"I mean, if you want to" Jeong said and hugs Mina they are infront of her house

Kai and Wonwoo sees them but they didn't approached instead took a photo to send to they parents

Mina pulled Jeongyeon inside the house and they watched a movie.

Timeskip: 2 weeks later

Mina have been on meetings and always focus on her work and company

But Jeongyeon who always there for Mina, they are dating in simple way that aren't hindrance to Mina's work

"Hey honey?" Mina called Jeongyeon he's sleeping at her office waiting for her to be done

"Hmm? Yes darling?" He asked

"Let's go get dinner" Mina said smiling

Jeongyeon got excited and immediately got up

"Alright let's go on a date" They are happy to go and having dinner

Tzuyu •

The business opened a couple of days ago but our money went up by three folds already

"Tzu, the club is the best decision we made!" Dahyun hugs me after saying it

"Damn bro! We need to tell this to Jeong, so we can celebrate later" Chaeng told me

We successfully build a business with the four of us and there are other crime group that wants to have a piece of our money

"Yow, Tzu congrats on opening of the hotel. For real you guys opened a business without telling me" its Yumi she visited the hotel

"Well to tell you the truth this hotel mainly own by me and Jeongyeon, while the shopping mall is Chaeng's, if you already knew who love this place he's the one who owned this" I said to her

"Its a good thing I came here when he's not around. I have something to asked you" Yumi suddenly became serious

"Sure, what it is? You are too serious right now" I said and I'm confuse

"Is he still angry at me?" She asked its obvious she's talking about Jeong

"To be honest I don't know he doesn't really talking about you or any other member" I said the truth

"And he's always with Mina these days" I added

"What? Are they have a thing now or what? Oh no my husband gonna freak out if he find this out, its her little sister we're talking about" Yumi starts pacing back and fort

"Stop it! You're making me dizzy. Calm down" I said then Dahyun and Chaeng come around the corner

"Did you tell her about Jeongyeon and Mina?" Chaeyoung asked me about it

"Yeah he did, look at her face she's panicking if her husband and our Jeong got into altercation because of Mina" Dahyun a little bit tipsy laughing

"You are not helping Dahyun!" Yumi started sulking

"Hey its your husband's lil sis, so I get it why you are worried but don't worry Jeong ain't gonna end him anyway" Dahyun and Chaeng laughing as they continue the sentence

Then we just have a good time with Yumi. She even forgot her problem cause of us.

The next day

Jeongyeon •

We are enjoying each others company and I'm thankful to her for giving me a chance

"Min, I have something to give to you" I pull out a box with a ring inside

It ain't normal ring, why? I can know if she's danger the ring will send me a signal on my phone if something happen and the gsp will go on automatically

"Its a promise ring?" She asked I just nodded cause it really is and also for her safety

"Thank you" she hugs me

"Well want me to drop you off to your company?" I asked her

"Let's have a breakfast first" she said and took a shower

Just at her room checking my phone and see a message pop up from Tzuyu that some people want tonget money from us

'let's deal with them later, we still have business to do today' I message him back

"Let's go, I'm ready" Mina called for me

"You look pretty, m'lady" I said to her and see her face turns red

We got to her company and she just told me to go first. She's gonna cal me if she needs me

"Bye Jeong, see you later" she said and goes inside the building

But Jeongyeon don't know someone is watching him from afar, just memorizing his action.

"I will be seeing you soon. Demon child" the man watching him said while looking at him getting away from JLine Ent.
