Continuation from last chapter:

7 years later Jeongyeon finally started high school, grandma passed away from an illness 3 years prior to this time

"Good luck at your first day, Jeongie" he weakly smile at Jeongyeon

"Thank you for everything Gramps, without you and grandma. I would've not here now" he's tearing up

"Jeong. Remember you are not cursed and its not your fault what your father have done to your mom" he taps his shoulder

"Jeongie. Live a good life and get a nice job. I'm going to sleep now." He smiled as he close his eyes

The machine sounds beep and the old man passed away in his sleep

"Time of death, Sept. XX, 20xx" the doctor announced

"Please rest now, and have a good chat with grandma" Jeongyeon is crying

'and I'm sorry but I'll search for my father and kill him with my owns hand so that my mother can have her peace of mind' he thought

He left the hospital so the grandpa's own family mourn for him and held the funeral for him

Few weeks later Jeongie started attending his class again after going to the funeral secretly and staying there for hours

"Hey Jeongyeon, you are my partner for a project" a girl approached him

'wow she's so beautiful and elegant' Jeong thought while looking at the girl

"I'm Mina. Myoui Mina" she smiled at him

They always together for a week and developed a friendship but Jeongyeon developed a different feelings for the girl

"Hey Jeong, do you want to go with us later?" Mina asked him

"I don't think I can, but if you want I can make time and follow you there" he smiled at the girl

"Sure, I would really like to see you there" Mina hugged him

Making him red like a tomato, this is the first time someone beside his adopted grandparents hugged him

"Ah sure, I'll make time for you" he's blushing so much

But lectures and lessons making him bored and uninterested so after the last class before lunch he went to restroom

'Its too boring here' Jeong thoughts while walking towards the restroom until he accidentaly eavesdrop on a group of boys

"I'll invite Mina later and I need you guys to prepare the thing so we can have fun with her" they all laughing

Jeongyeon ignores them until later that day he saw them (the boys) put something in Mina's water and they pressured her to drink it

A few mins later Mina started to get dizzy

"This bastards drugged the person I care about" Jeong said and followed them to the school parking lot where a car is waiting for them

"Hey, where you bastards think you're going?" Jeongyeon asked and start approaching them

"Tsk. Get rid of that trash" one of the boys named Marcus said

The cctv saw and recorded everything, the brawl between 1 vs 5 the group is getting beaten up

Jeongyeon is laughing and have an intense bloodlust, this feeling is also new to him but he likes it

Mina started to get concious again and see what's happening outside the car window

"Hey Marcus, you like playing like this right? I'll teach you a good lesson for trying to take advantage of someone younger than you"

Jeongyeon gives everyone a permanent injuries or trauma to tortures them their whole life

"Where's Mina?" Jihyo a friend of Mina shows up there's a guy with her

"What happened?" They are shocked to see the bloody mess cause by the one-sided beatdown

"She's in the car" Jeong short and serious answer to Jihyo

They checked Mina and covered her eyes but she already saw Jeong standing tall and grabbing marcus's collar and he is no longer moving

A sounds of sirens was heard and with the arrival of the police and ambulance

"Let go of me" Mina said to her friends and parents just to run to Jeong and hugs him

"Jeong what did you do? Why?" She's crying looking at him

"Sorry Min, I just did what I thought was right" he smiled sweetly at her

"Just get treatment, please" Mina pleaded seeing Jeong have bruises and injury

"Let's go, kid" the officer took him with them

'I'm in love with you, Min but I think I don't deserved to be loved, after all I'm a fruit of a crime' he thought and sadly smiles

Meanwhile.....

Mina keeps crying as she doesn't want Jeong to suffer because of her

"Its all on me, if I just listened to everyone and avoid Marcus. All of this doesn't have to happened" she said her voice full of regrets

Mina's heart shattered as she learn that Jeongyeon might face jail time as he brutally and intentionally assaulted Marcus Choi of the sons of Chairman Choi

"Mina nothing is your fault, you are just a victim of everything" her mother trying to console her

"No, you don't understand. Jeongyeon..... I like Jeongyeon, mom" she said out loud in front of her parents, brother and her friends

"What?" Everyone said in unison

"You like that boy?" Her father asked

"Yes, he treat like I'm a normal person. Not as a daughter of Myoui but as Mina" she said to her father

"Please help him dad" Mina asking her dad

"I don't think I can to that, princess. To what he did was too much for us to intervene" her dad is sad to inform her

"Its okay dad, I guess I'm just going to file a case to choi and his friends" Mina strongly said

On the holding cell, Jeongyeon was sitting on a dark room alone and thinking of Mina all this time

"I'm sorry, Mina. Please be safe all the time" he whispered to himself

"Yoo Jeongyeon, someone wants to meet you" the officer said to him

"Not interested" he coldly said to the officer

"He said he knows he knows your father" Jeong got curious

"I'll meet with that guy" he said and stood up

Private Meeting Room

"Good day to you. Mr. Yoo. Jeong. Yeon." The man said to Jeong

"Who are you and why are you saying you know my father?!" His voice is calm but he's face says otherwise

"I'm Capt. Hong, I'm tryin' to build a team. A secret team to be honest and I want you to be part of it" he said smiling

"Why me?" Jeong asked

"Cause you have Yoo Blood running in your veins" he smiled at Jeongyeon
