I don't know what these are but they looked neat so I asked the lady for two of them

The images are upside down and I don't know why and don't care enough to fix them.
I thought they would be soft, they were not. I ate them fresh and they were tough as nails and very chalky, I can't exactly remember the taste either because it's been a few days since I tried them.
