It has been stated in my "A Intro To TRUE DAMAGE" book that Ekko notably hates "Pilties". "Pilties" specifically being those from Piltover as Ekko is from the undercity named Zaun. He would notably find Ezreal (Jayce as well as Caitlyn) arrogant & self-important as he is a Piltie.
