Chapter 4- Presidential run

The allies are pushing into China, Venezuela has capitulated and the war is almost over. Meanwhile across the world Incumbent US President Stevenson announced he is not running for another term due to pressure from the far right. Immediately several people jump into the race like Matt Gaetz, Kari Lake, Lauren Boebert and even Hershel Walker. On the Democratic side only Alex Garner announces his bid. August is watching TV of Republican front runner Matt Gaetz giving an interview. It begins:

Interviewer: today we are here with former congressman and former Florida Governor Matt Gaetz

Matt: I'm happy to be here

Interviewer: When you were governor of Florida, you passed the 'Don't say gay 2.0 act' that banned people from saying any of the words in LGBTQ, the Supreme Court said this was unconstitutional due to violating the right to free speech outlined in the first amendment

Matt: I think there are many things wrong with the first amendment and we should get rid of it and have a Christian society

Interviewer: So Matt Gaetz, your critics have called you a fascist and brought up your removal of Kevin McCarthy

Matt: I don't consider my self a Fascist however maybe fascism isn't so bad, as for my removal of McCarthy, he was a RINO and he made sure the government could function, we can't have that right?

Interviewer: Have you heard of the conspiracy theory W-Anon which says you are saving America from a Democratic cabal of Satan worshipping pedophiles led by German Chancellor Wilhelm Bernadotte?

Matt: I don't know much, however I can say that I agree with much of what this W-Anon person is saying, Stand back and stand by

Interviewer: You are a crazy person Matt Gaetz, this interview is over.

The interview ends, and August can't believe the craziness of this man. He is dangerous and must be kept out of power. Granted the other Republican candidates aren't much better, you have Kari Lake, who denies every election she loses. Hershel Walker, whose literal campaign slogan is "We need to be Werewolves not Vampires". And Lauren Boebert, who last year blamed Wille for losing the house election.

Wilhelm was aware of W-Anon, according to the crazy Conspiracy theory he was secretly running the world. It was stupid, illogical and wrong. It only exists in America and the rest of the world laughs at it, only 2% of Americans believe in it.
