"so what do you think?" mina came out the dressing room, she wore a red dress. making her features more enhanced

"perfect" you and yoongi agreed, being star stuck by her beauty

a week has passed and mina was looking for her dress for the special night, prom. at first, mina was a bit upset you ended up getting your dress with jimin, but later she got over it. but to make it up, you came with yoongi and her to get her dress

"jimin actually bought your dress?" yoongi asked you, knowing he would never spend a dime on anyone else besides himself

you laughed, "you really thought he brought it? i bought it. he just offered to. but i said no cause its not we're dating"

"i see" yoongi shook his head, his eyes soon noticed his phone vibrate

she just claimed she isn't dating you

fuck, after your dress shopping can you come over?

"mina, after we get the dress i've to go to jimin's" yoongi sighed, grabbing his keys from the table

"no worries, y/n and i are going to get our shoes for prom after this" mina explained, she moved her hands down the dress, feeling the fabric. "y/n you're wearing blue right?"

"it's a very light shade, it looks kinda white"  you told her, bitting your lip. the thought of jimin and you in the same room cross your mind. the things he had told you, "forget it" you thought to yourself, trying to think it was dumb

"yoongi, you can now, i'll just get the lady to help me" mina approached her boyfriend, giving him a peck on the cheek

yoongi smiled, before leaving the store

mina paused, putting her attention towards you. "has jimin asked you to prom?"

"what? why would jimin ask me?"

"don't you two like each other or something" mina raised an eyebrow

you rolled your eyes, "as if he likes me back. last time i checked, he had a girlfriend"

"that relationship was bullshit" she disagreed with you, playing with the straps of her dress

"if he treated her like shit, he's going to make me feel the same"

"so you called me over because?" yoongi asked jimin, seeing him writing things down

"i got my prom proposal" jimin smiled, looking down at his paper

"what is it?" yoongi snatched the paper out of jimin's hands. jimin was trying to stop him but he was hopeless. yoongi noticed it was blank. "you didn't write down shit"

"that's why you're here!" jimin pointed out

"fuck this" yoongi began to get up, ready to leave

"get your ass back down, i helped you get your girl freshman year" jimin explained. "you've to spare me"

"jimin if you truly like her, it needs to come from your heart"

jimin paused, thinking yoongi's words over. it needs to come from your heart

"get up! we're heading to dollar store" jimin grabbed his keys from the counter

"so what's your plan?" yoongi looked at jimin's cart, filled with fake flowers

"so picture this" jimin took one bouquet out of his cart. "i get a speaker, playing the song she really likes. then i throw a rock at her window and she'll open it. y/n then would go like oh jimin! what is this for? then i'll be like baby this is for you—"

"jimin" yoongi stoped jimin before he could speak more, "that's the most stupidest idea"

"fuck off, it works in the movies" jimin scoffed, "what else am i suppose to do?"

"take her out someone, wear something nice" yoongi offered, grabbing a poster paper

"why the fuck do you need that?"

"i have a prom proposal" yoongi pointed out

"wow, you're so selfish, not giving me your idea" jimin put his hand over his heart, acting like he was hurt

yoongi shook his head. "jimin, if she's the girl of your dreams. think from the bottom of your heart. the feelings you have for her and just let her know"

"just let her know" jimin mumbled under his breathe, before taking out his phone
