Its been a few weeks now and everyone has recovered quite well, we even get to visit those who we're bed written and they can leave their rooms too, we all happily chat with each other until Kaito brought this up

Kaito: yo guys! I actually heard that Kokichi is available to visit now! Why don't we swing by for a visit later?
Maki: are you seriously still hùng up on that conversation you both had? It could be a lie you know
Kaito: nah I know its for real this time! Trust me!
Shuichi: you guys go... I'll just be in my room...

Shuichi: i just... really don't think he would like to see me out of all of you... sience our last conversation shed some light on his perspective of me...

Everyone turn their head to Tsumugi who was writing on a paper, she notice their looks and has heard the conversation so she understands what they want

Tsumugi: *sigh* Ouma condition is more better than how he first woke up, we finally remove the cast on his legs but he permanently will have trouble walking normally sometimes even trouble walking at a normal pace, his voice has somewhat healed but its lower and harder to hear, his hair colour has changed pigment, could be due to the poison or something like that and he often drifts into a daze staring off to space very often, we need him to stay in his room so that he stay mentally calm, as for the other things I can't disclose that
Kaede: ouch... i geuss thats better than not having a body... being crush by a hydraulicpress? I don't even know what thats like... uhh... kinda...
Tsumugi: if you really do plan on scheduling a visit i advise you not to stress him out, the staff had a hard time keeping him down ever sience he woke up, so its munch appreciated if you don't give him any panic attack

Angie: Atua says lets go visit a friend!

We all left to find Kokichi room, its on the top floor which felt a little empty... they really have to move him all the way up here?
We found his room and looking threw the window outside the room, we saw him sat there on the bed, true to her word, Kokichi hair colour really did change, its all white now, we can't tell if hes as sleep or not bcz of the bandages on his eyes

Kaito: c'mon lets go in!
Shuichi: w-wiat Kaito what if hes sleeping?
Kaito: nah must be dazing off or something, who would sleep at this hour?

Kaito opens the door loudly and barge in

Kaito: who's ready to meet their friends?!
Kokichi: .... oh... is this Kaito...? Dosent sound like Ibuki... must be too excited to wiat huh...
Kaede: hahaha sorry Ouma you know how Kaito can be, how are you feeling?
Kokichi: numb... and drowsy... mostly numb...
Rantaro: how are your eyes pal? Tsumugi didnt really say anything about it
Kokichi: they healed... the others said that I can take the bandages off now but... i rather wiat... i still feel a little nervous to take it off...
Rantaro: hey its ok, you don't have to push yourself into doing it, we all can wiat till your ready
Kokichi: its fine, i wiated long enough... and these things makes me sleepy... so I'll take them off... prepare for a good laugh once you see what behind it...

Kokichi sat up more straightly and takes in a deep breath, the room suddenly got tense as he grabs the bandages, and slowly pulls them off, he kept his eyes close when his head was down but when he slowly look up and open them, we expected to see 2 amethyst colour eyes but no... 1 eye was purple yes but the other was bright gold, we all look in shock, he has mismatched eyes!

Rantaro: dang i forgot about this
Kaede: wow! Your eyes are so cool! But how? Is it a prosthetic?
Kokichi: no... its my real eye... i put on contact lenses to hide it...
Miu: no fair! The gremlin gets cool colour eyes! How come i don't have some?!
Kokichi: eheheh... its that big of a deal huh...
Kaito: its looks great man! Why you got to hide it for?
Kokichi: people these days are judgy... when they see something that isnt normal like... mismatch eyes.... the comments gets pretty nasty... from words to actions...
Kaede: oh... im sorry to hear that, but hey belive me when I say we would never bully you bcz of your looks, your amazing the way you are!
Kokichi: hehe... this somehow feels embarrassing now... besides Dice i never really show anyone this...
Kaito: thats good! Its means your ready to be the real you! And no one else! If anyone says anything about it I'm kick their ass to the moon!
Kokichi: you really are a idiot...
Kaede: do you think you'll be able to go our of your room?
Kokichi: i geuss... but the staffs says i should stay here for more proper rest...
Himiko: right we heard something about a panic attack? What's that all about...?
Kokichi: ah... long story... maybe another time... until they can confirm I'll be ok outside or inside, i can't really leave the room
Kirumi: thats alright, we can always visit your room
Gonta: yes! Gonta can bring some Mr insects to visit Ouma!
Kokichi: insects are not aloud here in the hospital... Gonta
Gonta: oh... ok...
Kaede: well i think we should return to our rooms before the staff realise we're not there... we might get a earful if we don't... rest well Ouma!
Kokichi: bye...

Everyone left the room but I stayed, i know i should probably leave with the others but a part of me wants to stay and fix things
Kokichi just look at me with a blank expression, tilting his head

Kokichi: what...? Not in a hurry to leave...?
Shuichi: n-no its just... *Sigh* look i just want to say I'm sorry for everything that I done wrong to you ok?... i was a desperate fool who just wanted that game to end so everyone could be safe... i never imagine i offended someone along the way
Kokichi: hahaha... so thats what this is about... its fine... its my fault for getting so worked up... my point of view isnt very normal... i just dislike the idea of murder like that.... never thought i snap while my voice just recovered... but I'm sorry too ok? The game affected me alot and hiding it was 1 impossible feat... luckily i always have tricks under my sleeves...
Shuichi: well you don't have to hide your feelings anymore, as friends we'll earn your trust and do whatever it takes to start over this friendship
Kokichi: looking forward to it... detective... now shoo I'm sleepy
