It's been a few months since the apocalypse.
They didn't know a thing about a cure for the virus.
However, a surprise was waiting in store for them...
When they first came back, they bombarded they officers with questions.
"Why didn't you save us?"
"Why didn't you come?"
"How dare you leave us there!"
But now everyone was peaceful. Su ah, Su hyeok, Onjo, Dae su, Ha ri, Mi jin, and Hyo ryung went to the tree everyday.
The tree where they kept all their friend's notes and food.
They still missed them dearly.
One night, Su ah spotted a fire.
She alerted Su hyeok.
"Let's go tonight. Nam ra might be there."
He nodded.
"Don't tell anyone."
That night, she waited at the rope. Su hyeok quickly came. Then Dae su, then Ha ri, Mi jin, Onjo, and Hyo ryung.
Su ah crossed her arms.
"I said don't tell anyone!"
Su hyeok glared at Dae su. Dae su looked at Ha ri. Ha ri rolled her eyes at Mi jin. Mi jin scoffed at Onjo. Hyo ryung looked clueless.
"You shouldn't go alone."
Ha ri spoke.
"I promised Wu jin I would protect you."
Su ah's eyes still welled up with tears at the thought of Wu jin. She wiped them away quickly.
"Let's go then."
They all climbed out of the fence and went to the tree first.
Dae su reached into his pockets and found the chocolate bar wrapper.
He put it below the tree. Hyo ryung elbowed him.
Then, they slowly made their way toward Hyosan High.

It was gray and dusty. They all went up the stairs to the roof.
There really was a fire.
Dae su looked shocked.
"Who lit it?"
Slowly, a figure rose from the shadows.
"Hi, everyone."
Su ah's eyes filled with tears of joy. Su hyeok smiled.
"Prez..."
Nam ra stepped out of the shadows. She giggled.
"So I'm still the class president?"
She smiled softly. She continued.
"We'll still be friends, right?"
Su ah ran toward her sister and hugged her.
"Sis..."
She breathed. Nam ra hugged her back.
"I need time alone to think. I am trying not to eat people..."
Su ah released her sister and giggled. Nam ra smiled again.
"I have a surprise for you..."
She beckoned to another figure in the shadows.
Su ah raised an eyebrow.
Huh?
The figure stepped out. It ruend out to be Wu jin.
Su ah's eyes went wide. She was lost for words. Ha ri put her hands over her mouth and gasped.
Wu jin immediately ran toward her and hugged his older sister tightly.
Then, he took a step toward his girlfriend. (ex-girlfriend?)
Su ah stuttered.
"B-But h-how did y-you..."
She didn't care. She wrapped him into a hug, her eyes filled with tears.
He smiled gently.
"I got a cure."
He hugged her warmly.
"I've missed you so much."
Su ah snuggled into his arms.
"I've missed you too."
She finally let go and hit his head. He grunted.
"Ow..."
Su ah frowned.
"You didn't bother to tell me anything!!"
She pouted. He laughed and ruffled her hair gently.
"We still together?"
She smiled.
"Of course."
Then he asked another question.
"Are we good?"
She brought him into a long, tight hug.
"Better than ever."
