" What is your plan, Thorin? If I may ask you " she said
" I would like to show you my favorite place in Erebor. I like to go there when I need to take a break from being King and spend some time alone. Nobody knows about this place except me and I want to share it with you " I replied
" I'm honored that you let me into your secret place " she said softly
I saw him smiling gently at me and I smiled myself. I led her through several winding corridors to make sure no one was following us.
After a few minutes, I helped her up onto the higher rock and covered her eyes. She grabbed my arm with both her hands but didn't try to remove my hands from her eyes.
I smiled happily at the amount of trust shenow gave me. We walked like this for a minute or two before I stopped.
" Wait here and don't open your eyes until I tell you you can " I said
" They are closed " she replied
" Don't peek " I said, playfully preparing our picnic. When I was finished I stood back behind her and hugged her from behind
" You can open them now " I said

I sat on her so that she could lean against me comfortably. I was exceptionally tall for a dwarf because normal dwarves are 5'2" tall and I was 5'4" and Victoria is 5'8".

We spent the rest of our day relaxing and before we knew it we fell asleep there. When I woke up, I knew it was already night time, but I didn't want to part with it.
However, I decided that she would sleep in my chamber, so they avoided the guards and carried her to my chamber. I took off her shoes and loosened her corset so she could sleep better.
However, I decided to take it off and, to my surprise, she was wearing a strapless shirt under her corset. I changed into my nightgown and joined her in bed. I could swear it was one of the best sleep I've ever had
