Chapter 6: Potion Partners

Hermoine's Pov:
After Ginny and I left the great hall I was honestly glad because every time I looked up I saw Malfoy biting his bottom lip him saying dirty things in my mind about what he wanted to do to me even showing me images in my head, the twat which in turn had made me continuously blush and squeeze my legs tightly shut.

"-Newts" I heard from Ginny beside me

"Pardon?" I asked

She sighed in annoyance "You weren't even listening to me, were you? What is on your mind?" She asked

I opened my mouth about to spill the beans when I saw Malfoy smirking at me from the Potions door "You better hope we're not paired Granger" He said in my head I gulped wondering what he was going to do.

"Mione!" Ginny exclaimed

"What?" I asked

She looked at Malfoy and then back at me "What did he say to you just now you look so flushed?" She asked with a smirk

"You better hope where not paired Granger, that's what he said in my head" I stated

"Good luck I suppose," She said with a grimace

I groaned in annoyance walking in and sitting with Ginny hoping to god we are paired for the rest of the year.

"Good morning class" Professor Slughorn announced

"I've decided to pair partners for the rest of the year on the suggestion of one of my students since some students are struggling with completing potions" he continued on but I wasn't listening because my eyes had drifted to Malfoy

"You sly snake!" I exclaimed in his head as he smirked

"What Granger afraid of a little competition or....are you just afraid of being paired with me?" He questioned with a grin knowingly that he was pissing me off

"Ow!" I hissed looking at Ginny because she pinched me

"Stop listening to him your just egging him on" she stated throwing a glare over to Malfoy's way.

"Okay once I call your name you will move to your new spot," Professor Slughorn said

"Blaise Zabini with Ginny Weasley" He called out

I looked at Ginny as she shrugged a little with a smile getting up and sitting next to him.

"You bloody got lucky I hope I'm not paired with Malfoy or god forbid-" I began

"Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger" He stated as I bashed my head on the table the whole class snickering while Ron and Harry fumed at Zabini and Malfoy while Malfoy was coming over to sit next to me.

"Spoke too soon" I stated to Ginny

She laughed in my head "You put up with each other most of the time in the head common room what could go wrong?" She asked

"Fucking a lot!" I exclaimed

"Granger" Draco stated smirking

"Go away." I bluntly replied

"Can't your stuck with me" He said raising an eyebrow

"Perfect..." I replied sarcastically

"It's not going to be that horrible granger" He replied seductively

I look up at him narrowing my eyes "Hands to yourself" I stated glaring

"No promises..." he trailed off making my eyes widen at him.
