8. Welcome to Beacon

A ship landed onto the platform with foreign students from all of the main academies walked towards Beacon Academy.
But that's not where we want to be...

Me, Oz, and Glynda were near the window as we look out at the view as Glynda says in an annoyed tone,
"Ironwood certainly loves bringing his work wherever he travels." Oz turned his head slightly to the Atlas airships and says,
"Well, running an academy and a military makes him a busy man." Air fleet flys above the court yard as Oz finally admitted,
"But yes, those are a bit of an eyesore." We heard a beep as Oz looked back to see the holographic screen saying,
"Access Requested"

We looked back as Ozpin says,
"Come in." He stepped forwards to the front-side of his desk as the elevator doors opened to reveal Ironwood.
Ironwood says gesturing his arms,
"Ozpin." Ozpin stopped and stood formally as ironwood says,
"Please, drop the formalities." They both approached each other and shakes each other hands as Ironwood chuckled,
"It's been too long. And Glynda! It has certainly been too long since we last met." Glynda walked over to the two as i did the same.

Oz took a step back as we stood side by side. Glynda says giving a personable wave and seeming pleasant to see him,
"Oh, James!" She dropped her act as well as her hand as she say to Oz and I in a annoyed tone,
"I'll be outside." She walked away going towards the elevator.
Ironwood or James, looked toward me and said,
"Well, she hasn't changed a bit.. oh and how are you Y/N?"
   I replied with,
"Pleasantly Jame, I do hope you are as well." Ozpin walked to his desk as I follow beside him and grabs a coffee cup and the kettle that was on the desk as Jame looked towards us as Ozpin spoke,
"So, what in the world has brought you all the way down from Atlas?" He poured a cup of tea
"Headmasters don't typically travel with their students, for the Vytal Festival."

James was offered the cup of tea and gladly took it as Oz poured one for me as I took it and walked behind the desk.
James says as he pulled out a flask from his jacket and poured it into the tea as he says,
"Well, you know how much I love Vale this time of year." Ozpin walked around his desk holding the kettle in hand and his new cup in the other,
"Besides, with you both hosting, I thought that this might be a good opportunity for us all to catch up." James approach the desk as Ozpin says,
"I can certainly appreciate the quality time between friends, however.." he poured himself a cup of tea as he continues,
"a small fleet outside our window has us both somewhat concerned."

I took another sip as ozpin looked towards Jame as he says,
"Well, concern is what brought them here." Ozpin looked over to see I was enjoying the cup of tea he poured me being a smile onto his face but he soon faded as he looked back to James and says,
"I understand that travel between kingdoms has become increasingly difficult." James says in a serious tone,
"Oz, you and I as well as Y/N both know why I brought those men." Ozpin took a sip of his tea as I removed my mouth from cup and set it down, once Oz got done taking a drink he let out a sigh, I look towards him as he set his cup down onto the table and looked back at James. I said in a calm manner,
"We are in a time of peace. Shows of power like this are just going to give off the wrong impression."

James looked towards you and Ozpin as he leaned onto the desk and says,
"But if what Qrow said is true..." I took a step forward as my hands clasp together and says,
"If what Qrow said is true, then we will handle it tactfully." I gestured my hand,
"It's the Vytal Festival. A time to celebrate unity and peace. So I suggest that you not scare people by transporting hundreds of soldiers halfway across the continent." James says back with a hint of fear both from me and what is ahead of us in the future,
"I'm just being cautious."
