I know I just posted a chapter, but I have like..really bad anxiety.. And so I just wanted to break it down real quick :)

Anxiety is both a mental and physical state of negative expectation. Mentally it is characterized by increased arousal and apprehension tortured into distressing worry, and physically by unpleasant activation of multiple body systems—all to facilitate response to an unknown danger, whether real or imagined.

Basically it makes you worry with negative thoughts, and unpleasant responses.


Common anxiety signs and symptoms include:

Feeling nervous, restless or tense
#Having a sense of impending danger, panic or doom
#Having an increased heart rate
#Breathing rapidly (hyperventilation)
#Sweating
#Trembling
#Feeling weak or tired
#Trouble concentrating or thinking about anything other than the present worry
#Having trouble sleeping
#Experiencing gastrointestinal (GI) problems
#Having difficulty controlling worry
#Having the urge to avoid things that trigger anxiety

A lot of people (like myself) have anxiety. It's something that people can overcome with the right things..but, they can't do that if you bring them down. Be careful what you say :) 💛
