( after avni unconscious Neil immediately pick avni and make her lie down on the bed)

( suddenly doctor rithvik dhanjani and doctor asha negi come )

Rithvik ( teasing): dude ye kon hai?( Dude who is this?)

Neil( worried): rithvik batein karna bandh kar avni ko iv laga ( rithvik stop talking and inject iv into her hand)

Rithvik ( understand something is fishy so he immediately start to prepare injection): yeah i am doing it

( Rithvik prepare injection with liquid and take alcohol wipes , rithvik wipes her dorsum with a alcohol wipes and slowly inject needle into her wain, once cannula is in properly in her wain ,he take out needle and leaving plastic soft catheter and taps it then inject medicine with the help of injection)

( Neil check avni's heartbeat and pulse rate ,asha put her hands on avni's forehead)

Asha: Neil avni ko bhukhar hai hume fever reducer Dena hoga( Neil avni is having fever we have to give her fever reducer)

Neil( worried): asha tum dedo fever reducer me aata hu( asha you give her fever reducer I am coming)

( Neil goes outside with having tears)

Sweta( worried): Neil avni kaisi hai ?

Neil( hug immediately Sweta and crying): mom avni ko high fever hai hum kaise sambhalenge usse hosh aate hi firse royegi dar lag raha hai mom , kya me Ashish uncle neela aunty ki  akhiri wish Puri  kar pavunga, avni ko khush rakh pavunga ?( Mom avni is having high fever how we will handle her after conscious avni she will again cry mom ,will i fulfilled Ashish uncle and neela aunt's last wish? Will I make her happy?).

Sweta( hug Neil): shhhhh Neil iss vaqt bacchi ko humari zarurat hai tu apne apko sambhal beta me janti hu mushkil hai lekin ab or koi rasta nahi hai( shhhhh Neil in this situation avni needs us ,you handle my son i know it's really difficult but we don't have any option)

Neil( wipe his tears): ha mom( yes mom)

( Sweta and Neil wipe their tears and then abhimanyu come)

( Abhimanyu already told akshu about avni's parents accident)

Akshara: abhi tum chinta mat Karo me avni ka dhyan rakhungi ( abhi u don't worry i will take care of avni)

( abhi nods and they goes to do funeral of Ashish and neela )

( before giving fire Neil kisses on neela's cheecks)

Neil( having tears): i promise me humesha apki gudiya kaa dhyan rakhunga kabhi bhi uski ankho me aanshu nahi aane dunga goodbye neela aunty ,avni ki taraf se goodbye mumma( i promise i will take care of your doll ,i won't let her eyes crying,goodbye neela aunty and on behalf of avni goodbye mom)

Sweta( kisses on her forehead): neela me vada karti hu avni ko ek maa ki tarah pyar karungi , me uski maa hone ke sare farz nibhavungi goodbye neela ( neela i promise i will love avni like i am her mother, i will fulfill my all responsibility being her mother goodbye neela)

Prakash( put his hands on his forehead): me vada karta hu avni ko uske papa ki kami kabhi mehsus nahi hongi,me avni ko ek baap ki tarah  pyaar karunga , goodbye dost( i promise you avni won't feel that her father is not more , i will love her just like father goodbye friend)

( Neil, and prakash give fire to Ashish,while Neil and Sweta give fire to neela )

( after that they come back and take shower and waiting for Avni's consciousness)

( NEXT DAY)

( avni is still having high fever)
