It's always one or the other, The victim or the villain. But here the difference was, He became the victim and she became the villain. She fought hard to keep her emotions at bay, He didn't have the strength to fight back anymore, just wanted to run away. And people called her a selfish being, They didn't see she was too worn out to just pretend, finding a way to numb the pain. People called him coward, They didn't see he was yet so tortured that all his comforts were in vain.
He became the victim and she, the villain, Their stories were the same, Broken for eternity, Or the state of insanity? Though they got carried away so soon, As there was no one, even for the victim or the villain to ask for a boon.
