Y/N sat in a lone office on an empty floor of a building in the city.His desk piled up with case files, on opened up in front of him as he tapped his pen against the table.Looking outside he was the daylight quickly passing away.All his co workers had gone home hours ago but Y/N had work to do.
Reaching for his coffee mug amongst the chaos of the papers, he grabbed it, putting it to his lips and tilting it to get a sip, only to be met with one drop.He sighed to himself as he got up, holding the mug as he walked away from his workstation.His phone was also on his desk, however as it began to vibrate, signalling a caller, Y/N was oblivious
Quickly topping up his caffeine intake, Y/N steadily walked over to his desk, taking caution to not spill the scorching hot beverage.As he sat down and placed the drink, he noticed numerous missed calls.Grabbing his phone, he was about to recall when the lights shut off.The building shook, Y/N didn't know what to do as he heard crumbling.He was on a top floor, he'd never make it down in time.
Looking out of the large window, he saw the infamous villain, General Zod flying forward, engaging in a battle.Although it seemed as Supergirl was winning, as she punched Zod across the face, his head spun, causing the laser beams from his eyes to slice the bottom of the building that was already unstable
"Shit"Y/N swore as the building tilted, he slide forward, almost one the edge when he grabbed onto a pillar.
Glass shattered as desks and items went flying forward and tumbling off the building.Y/N gritted his teeth as he tried to pull himself up the pillar, but his body was already fatigued and instead it made him lose his grip.
"Shit shit shit"Y/N swore, panicking as he slide down the floor, trying to grab onto something but it was hopeless
He went through the already shattered window, free falling towards the ground.He looked up to see Zod punching Supergirl through a building.Closing his eyes as he plummeted near the ground.But he didn't change, or was embraced with the release of death
"Your cute"A voice commented, Y/N opened his eyes to see he was still in the air but he was being held by someone, Mary Marvel"Hi there"
"Hi"Y/N breathed in, still in shock at the situation
"Hi"Mary Marvel repeated"You might want to hold on"
Y/N's mind of shock was quickly discarded as the brunette heroine flew them out of the way of General Zod that tried to charge at them.
"Thanks"Y/N said
She charged up an attack, firing an lightning bolt from her and to Zod.However, the lightning bolt also sent Y/N unconscious

Groaning as he shuffled in his sleep.He opened his eyes, sitting up as he remembered the events he was previously in.Putting a hand on his head as he felt it throbbing.He also realised he wasn't in his, he seemed to be on a sofa in an unrecognised apartment.
