Every story has at least two sides. I'm gonna give you my account of what happened that night. And all the weeks leading up to it. We all know the classic Romeo & Juliet, correct? Well, let's just say this is quite like it. Without most of the death of course, or I could never be here to tell you about it. I can begin with saying it started on a warm August morning...

It was last year. Also the first day of school. I had been a freshman starting school in a new country. Not to mention it was my first day in a large school, let alone a high school. It was scary, I can and will admit that. My homeroom was larger than my old school's homerooms put together. Yeah, talk about terrifying. I came into class late, the only open seat behind a tall, masculine, light brown haired, big brown eyes boy. He was in a word, gorgeous. It took all my courage to sit behind him, even though it was the only open seat. He was talking to a black haired, brown eyed boy, not near as cute, but cute enough. Oh no, I thought, he's turning towards me!

And turn around he did, and to talk to me no less, "Hey."

I was taken aback for a millisecond, "Hi." Was that all I could I muster!?

"Do you wanna go for dinner sometime?"

"Aren't you taking a shot in the dark by asking me? I could be a stalker.. Or worse, a murderer."

"Are you a stalker?"

"No."

"Are you a murderer?"

"No."

"Well, you're one beautiful girl, and you're neither a stalker nor murderer, so I think I'm pretty good. So anyway.. Dinner?"

His profile was making it hard to breathe, and he called me beautiful? Does he even know what a mirror is?

He was looking at me, expression hopeful. Oh right, "Well, what do I know about you?

"Well like you, I'm neither stalker nor murderer."

So cute! "Well in that case, I'd love to go to dinner with you."

He turned around without giving a reply.. What is it with guys? He turned back around and pushed a piece of paper in my direction, "This is my number. Call me?"

"Yeah," I quickly scratched out my number, trying not to look like a fool. "Here's mine just in case.."

"So what's your name anyway?"

"Sofi. What's your's?"

"Aiden. I really like yours."

"I think your's is adorable."

"Thanks.. It means 'Little Fire.' "

Well that explains the bubbly personality.

Riiiiing. Riiiiing. Riiiiing.

"I'll call you," he, Aiden, said to me.

I walked out of homeroom wearing the biggest smile on my face. I guess it's right when they say, "You're never fully dressed without a smile."

I wandered the halls looking for my next class, but not paying attention to room numbers. I was too busy wondering, what happens next?

[A/N: I didn't plan this so I had no clue where to stop the chapter. I'm new to making stories on here.. though I read here all the time!]
