"I've always cared about you,even when we where no longer together I still cared" Horatio said,I leaned over and kissed him. I hadn't actually dated that many guys since breaking up with H,but I never once got the same feelings with them that I do with him.

The butterflies in the stomach,the warm sensation spreading all over my body and feeling like there is no one else around but the two of us. I normally have a good handel on my emotions but they always went crazy around Horatio Caine. Like now we are meant to be talking things over but I couldn't resist the urge to kiss him after all these years apart. H didn't seem surprised that I did kiss him in that moment,but what neither of us expected was for both of our phones to ring at the same time.

Horatio' P.O.V

I moved back from Y/n to allow her to answer her phone,I took mine from the dashboard and see that it is Kyle calling me. I didn't answer him though,I watched as Y/n answered her phone away from her ear but immediately end the call
"Gordon again"I say
"Yep,bitching because I am late" Y/n says" Shouldn't you answer your phone"
"It can wait"I say" You should go before your dad comes looking for you"
"I guess,I might see you back at the lab later if I'm allowed to that is" Y/n said.

Once she had gone inside I called my son back
"Are you back from New York yet?" Kyle asked
"Just,why?" I ask
"No reason I just wanted to know if we could do something together after work" Kyle said
"I'm might be busy after work,we could do something now it's lunch time" I suggest
"Okay meet me at the address I'm sending you " Kyle said and then ended the call. Sometimes that boy is a mystery to me,one minute he doesn't want to spend time with me and now he does.I arrived at the place before Kyle did,and whilst I waited Y/n texted me
