Kaname managed to break into Kayla's room and his heart dropped when he saw her on the floor unconscious he went over to her and pulled her to his chest
"No please wake up Kayla I can't lose you too" Kaname said the moonlight glowed on Kayla's pendant making Kaname's eyes go to the glowing under her blouse
Kaname unbuttoned her blouse and saw the goddess pendant glowing immensely from the full moon the glowing stopped and Kayla fluttered her eyes open
"Kaname" Kayla said Kaname pulled her closer putting a hand through her hair "don't ever scare me like that again" Kaname said
Kayla blushed at his closeness but just smiled softly and lightly buried her face in the crook of his neck "I'm ok Kaname" Kayla said
Kayla then decided to tell Kaname about what she's been doing trying not to worry him any further than he already was
"So you purified the mask" kaname said "that's what Azul said to do" Kayla said "where did you hear that name" kaname said
"She told me" Kayla said as Azul appeared in front of them from a puff of smoke "it is a pleasure to meet you lord kaname kuran" Azul said
"So your the one who warned us about the mask" kaname said "Indeed I was the mask is now purified from evil and it is now in miss Kayla's possession" Azul said
"But I wasn't expecting to kiss kaname so boldly just to get the mask" Azul said "you saw that" Kayla said blushing immensely as well as kaname
"Well don't you both like each other" Azul said Kayla stood upright and walked towards the door "I'm gonna get some fresh air" Kayla said nervously
Kayla went out onto the balcony to get some fresh air and looked at the night sky...
Kayla's pov
I'm not sure why I kissed him it was the only thing I could think of so I could get the mask away from kaname at the time...
I lightly touched my lips thinking about the kiss making me blush thinking about it 'do I really like kaname...I don't know' I thought to myself as I sang

I then hear someone start to sing along with me I turn to see kaname

Kaname walked over to me brushing my bangs away from my eyes then started to sing a solo
"🎶 Oh-oh I'm feeling like I'm famous, the talk of the town They say I've gone mad Yeah, I've gone mad But they don't know what I know 'Cause when the sun goes down, someone's talking back 🎶"
We both look at each other's eyes him looking at my golden brown eyes and me looking into his red brown eyes as we start to sing together
"🎶 Yeah, they're talking back, oh At night, when the stars light up my room
I sit by myself Talking to the moon 🎶"
"🎶 Trying to get to you In hopes you're on the other side talking to me too Or am I a fool who sits alone talking to the moon? 🎶"
We both harmonize our voices as we sing and I realize that kaname has always been there for me so I need to be honest with him about my feelings
"🎶 Ah-ah, ah-ah, ah-ah Do you ever hear me calling? (Ah-ah, ah-ah, ah-ah) oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh 🎶"
"🎶 'Cause every night, I'm talking to the moon Still trying to get to you In hopes you're on the other side talking to me too 🎶"
"🎶 Or am I a fool who sits alone talking to the moon? Oh-oh I know you're somewhere out there Somewhere far away 🎶"
As we sing the last verse together kaname cups my cheek and leans in and I start leaning in as well as we both close our eyes as our lips touch
Meanwhile...
3rd person pov
Somewhere deep in the woods a coffin opened revealing a dark brown haired pureblood vampire with heterochrome blue and brown eyes
"The cursed child has awakened hm...I wonder..." Rido said as he quickly went to cross academy and saw his nephew kaname kissing the cursed child or rather kissing what belongs to him
"You will be mine my dear" rido said licking his fangs Kayla felt a shiver go up her spine as she looked around breaking the kiss with kaname
"Are you alright?" Kaname said watching Kayla look around "just a bit chilly that's all" Kayla said as kaname leads her into his room
Kaname kissed Kayla again her lips sweet and succulent Kaname's eyes glowed red smelling her sweet scent and looked at Kayla
"May I" kaname said looking at her pulsing neck she nods slowly as kaname lowers his head towards her neck his tongue licking her
Kayla gasped feeling his tongue on her neck "I will make sure you feel pleasure from the bite don't worry" kaname said softly into her ear
Kaname's fangs stuck into Kayla's neck and sucked her blood Kayla held onto the back of Kaname's dress shirt "K.kaname" she moaned as he licked up the blood on her neck
Kaname pressed his lips on her's once again making Kayla wrap her arms around his neck deepening the kiss
Kaname pulled away and leaned his forehead against Kayla's "I love you Kayla" kaname said burying his face in her neck "I love you too kaname"
