Chapter 24: A Thank You

Beacon Academy, MOB Valkyrie

Time: 1800

In the MOB sat Weiss, Winter, and Willow waiting for the Blackhawk to arrive.

Weiss: I hope they're alright...

Winter: Do not worry Weiss, they're professionals.

Weiss: I know, I just can't help but worry.

Willow then decided to make a quick comment.

Willow: For Marlen right~?

Weiss looked at her mother, red faced and all.

Weiss: Mother!

Willow: What?

Weiss: Don't say stuff like that!

Winter then decided to butt into the conversation.

Winter: You're not denying it.

Weiss then got even redder.

Weiss: I-

Suddenly two military police officers, Laswell, and Michael came walking to the 3. 

Michael: Excuse me ladies.

Weiss: Is something the matter?

Laswell: No, we just need you to clear the area.

This slightly confused the Schnee's until they noticed their body armor said military police. This made the 3 leave the area.

A few minutes later a Blackhawk was seen approaching the MOB.

Griffin 2-3: This is Griffin 2-3 to MOB Valkryie, we are approaching the LZ now.

MP officer 1: Roger 2-3, you are clear to land. We're on standby to take the prisoner away.

Griffin 2-3: Copy.

The Blackhawk then stopped midair before slowly coming down.

Griffin 2-3: We're touching down now.

The Blackhawk had fully landed, with the doors opening up to reveal 141, Marlen and the two male Schnee's coming out of it.

Jaune: Laswell, General.

Michael: Good work, Price.

Laswell: We already have enough evidence to put him away, but with Alpha and Bravo liberating the mines, we'll have more.

The conversation made Jacques go even more pale.

The two MP officers walked up to Jacques, grabbing the cuffs from Jaune.

MP officer 1: Let's go prisoner.

Jacques: I will not!

Jacques started to shuffle around, trying to break out of their grips.

MP officer 2 then smacked him in the head with a baton.

Jacques: Gah!

MP officer 2: Shut it.

The two then started to drag him towards the prison, where White Fang, the Branwen tribe, and various known criminals like Roman Torchwick were being held in.

Michael: Nice work boys, you all deserve a break. 

Laswell: That's right, this world's problem is almost cleaned up.

The 6 men then gave the two a salute with a thanks.

Laswell: We'll talk to you boys when you have another mission.
