Part 13:- Crossing Paths Again

Days passed by ..

Karan and Teja talked to each other at the phone. It was just asking about the day and some normal talks. Even though they decided to start from the beginning but at the end they are humans with emotions which no one can control.

Here one side Teja who was scared to fall in love again and Karan who wanted Teja but thought he was not her "TYPE".

This is what most friends, partners lack "COMMUNICATION"

If everyone did it, there are no problems right but then what is the fun of life ..Let's see what happens ahead..

Few days later

Karan was having a severe headache as from few days he had done night jobs as well..
He thought of visiting the hospital.
This time there was another intern who was checking him .

K:- Who are you?

Intern :- Sir i am a doctor

K:- Why are you checking me? Where is the other doctor?

Teja:- Which doctor are you talking about sir?

K:- Are i am talking about Teja yar . Oh (he just realised Teja was the one who was just talking) I mean she is my friend so i thought it would be better

Intern:- Whatever Teja you carry on

Karan 's POV

Thank God

T:- So what happened

K:- I am having a headache

T:- Is it because of the stress?

K:- Yeah i have been working late nights lately

T:- Okay .. try to stay away from screen for sometime if possible..

K:- Wanna hang out sometime?

T:- Oh my god ..Karan Kundrra are you asking me out on a date?

K:- Yes maybe

T:- What ( She just asked it for fun but then listening to him she was shocked)

K:- I am joking ya..as if you would say yes if i asked you on a date ( murmuring)

T:- Did you say something?

K:- No nothing

T:- Okay take this medicines one after having lunch and the other one after dinner

K:- Okay mam..Vese you didn't answer to my question about hanging out

T:- Oh yeah sure ..what is the..

Her phone started ringing..It displayed Namish on the screen

Karan 's POV

Wow great..She can talk to her ex through calls but not with her best friend..Amazing ..

T:- So i was asking which place

K:- I will text you that you have an imp call to attend

T:- What do you mean?

K:- Nothing

T:- Whatever..Text me the place and please some nice one

K:- Doubting  on my choice?

T:- Obviously dude itni Sundar si bestfriend ko ghar se nikalne ko bol diya

K:- Don't taunt me on that thing ...

T:- so you agree i am beautiful..

K:- Wait the other day you said self obsessed people are not allowed in your hospital? Then how did they allow you to work here?

T:- Oh my god what a funny joke..was i supposed to laugh at that?

K:- Only people with good sense of humour can understand that .

T:- Then you didn't understand your own joke?

K:- Oh my god what a funny joke..was i supposed to laugh at that? (imitating her)

Karan left the hospital. Teja smiled and after a long time it was REAL.

Karan 's POV

Just a talk with her makes me feel so better.
She is not even mine and I am scared to lose her.
