1. As a bandit in the Demon World!
A thousand years ago, Kurama Youko and Yomi, in order to build their own country in the Demon World, had become bandits and engaged in secret maneuvers. He was steadily expanding his power and discarded Yomi, whose selfish words and deeds were standing out, but at the time the Demon World was already being divided into two massive forces: Raizen and Mukuro. After leaving the Demon World behind, Kurama shifted his base of operations to the Human World.

2. Pursued by a hunter into the Human World
Chased by a Spirit World's hunter, who monitors the Human World, Kurama is severely injured, so he abandons his demon form, possesses the embryo of a human couple and escapes. This was only a temporary reincarnation until his demon powers were restored, but as he lived his life as a human, he grew to love his foster mother and his second life began.
