    Lucy had called the mafia doctor to come check on ari and the baby. Doctor comes in and introduced himself as Dr. Brown. Lucy had already inform the doctor what he needed to know. The doctor took the blood test and got the ultrasound out. He looks at Ari and says there's the heart beat and it's strong. He looks around, asked Ari who told her she was having a girl. Ari told her mom learned and the she was her midwife.  
      The doctor points at the screen and says your having twins one is a girl and the other is a boy. You need to eat more your extremely under weight which means they are under weight. He suggest getting her on ensure to help gain the weight.
       Lucy walks in with Ari as Ari is freaking out bc she knows that when Lucas finds out about the boy he's gonna take him away. John ask what's wrong he can tell something is going on cause Ari is pale. Ari just tears up and curl up on John lap. Lucy tells him the issue. Tom says Ari look at me we are discussing a plan to keep you as safe as possible. Look outside he says. John turns the chair around and Whisper in her ear I got my best man out there training all my men to protect you. Ari looks at them and says I don't want anyone to get hurt.
        A few days has pass, John has moved Ari into his room. His dad comes from his vacation and Ari was excited to see him. When the old Don got out of the car she ran to him and hugged him. John looks at his dad Richard and grins. Ok that's enough he says to his dad. They walk in and sit of course John puts her in his lap. She finally safe.
      While sitting Lucy and John mom started talking about the babies. That's something Ari didn't want hear but didn't want to get in trouble. John notice her uncomfortable level. He picks her up and brings her into their room. She started tearing up. He just let's her cry while holding her. When's she's done she says I don't anyone getting their hopes up. I haven't had live baby. John sighs he don't know what to say.
