After hia told us his stories, I stepped out to get some drinks from the cafeteria
And maybe some coffee for me

"Um excuse me, vegas Theerapanyakun right" a guy in a doctor coat appears
"You are one of the Theerapanyakun guardians for the kids admitted"

I nodded "yep, macau's my nong"
Then I frowned "why is there something wrong

He rapidly shook his head "no no nothings wrong i just want to talk about your dad's condition"

I looked at him confused "sorry my pa was killed the night my nong was taken, he's not here"

The doctor looks at me confused "but I have a kan Theerapanyakun in my file"

I blinked and stayed silent

And I blinked some more

Until the doctor clears his throat "khun vegas ..... you alright, did you not know he was under our care"

I stuttered "doctor umm"

"Niran, doctor niran" he said

"Hm well look you must be mistaken i literally saw his soul leave his body"

He clicked his tongue "well someone brought him in that night and we managed to bring him back to life"

I blinked at him

I saw doctor Niran grimaced "did I give you a shock of your life, I feel like I did" he shrugged "oh well"

I glared "ok you better not be pranking me, is it because I threatened that colleague of yours"

He looks a bit terrified and confused but then chuckled "to meet the person who scared him, I must thank you, we been trying to do that for months"

It was now my turn to look confused at him

"So my pa ......"

He nodded "is alive at the moment"

That took me aback "wait what do you mean a moment"

"Um you were heading to the Cafe area right, why don't we head for coffee then I'll show you your pa's file, and we can talk about it"

"Um doc" I started

"Dont worry, this is business, I know you are taken, besides you are not exactly my type" he shrugged as he walked to the Cafe leaving me flabbergasted

"Wait.... what do you meant im not your type, I'm everyone's type" I shouted after him as I tried to catch up to him

Once we got our drinks and settled down, he got to talking

"Ok here's khun Theerapanyakuns file" he said handing me the file for me to look at

I shook my head "I want to see him to actually believe he's alive"

He tilted his head "how are you so confused, let me ask you this, did you ever wonder why you haven't had a funeral for him yet"

Niran chuckled "its fine to forget things, but thanks for saying I'm right tho"

"You heard that" I widen my eyes

He mocked me "you did kinda spoke it

"Hm, just tell me his condition"

"He did loose a lot of blood so he ended up in a coma, and he is still in a coma but we don't think he will get out, he's on life support at the moment but its your choice on whether or not to pull the plug, if you chose not to every time then we will ask you again every 2 weeks until we see progress"

"But if there's no progress"

"Then we might actually have to pull the plug whether you want to or not"

I nodded as I listened
"Can I see him"

He nodded "of course, come follow"

I stood up and did exactly so

"Are you sure im not your type" I suddenly asked

He gave a huge laugh "no you are not"

I proceeded to look shock again "but im everyone's type, common what is it about me you don't like" I grinned

"Well one you are taken, remember that because for some reason that guy look scarier than you"

I nodded agreeing pete can be scary when necessary

"Two you seem like a snob"

My jaw dropped

"Three, I don't know, I guess im done going after mafia guys who are only using me as a boytoy"

I squinted my eyes "phi or nong"

"I'm your phi and thats another thing, I prefer to be someone's nong you know" he shrugged

I blinked "wow kinky"

He glares at me as we stopped in front of a room

"He's in here, best of luck, I'm gonna go check on your nongs" he said as he left

I watch him leave, I think I just got played, and I don't even know how

Then I turned and opened the door to see the sight of my pa lying on the bed

He's actually here but in a coma

Parts of me want to pull the plug but how can I do that to the guy who tried to redeem himself by trying to save macau

"Pa" I whispered "at least if you're here macau get to say his final goodbye, but I hope he doesn't, I hope you can make it"

I smiled sadly at him before heading out the door and to Kim's room where everyone was at
