"Wow. You're actually heading outside for once."
You said as your head turned towards Macaque, taking a jab at the monkie who was putting on his red scarf and seemed to be preparing himself for an outing

"Yeah. I have alot of plans for today.."
He said vaguely as he fixed up his hair (fur?) And pushed it back out of his face and into his usual hairstyle

"Oh. I see."
You said while you narrowed your eyes at the monkie as you stayed sat on the floor, busying yourself and tinkering with your weapons

He had been like this for the past day or two, constantly going out of the dojo and he would get home around 12 in the morning but he was always exhausted or tired when he got home. You had been observing him— not because this was out of his daily schedule that you had remember but.. it was quite different..

Macaque never really had a daily schedule in the first place, he would always go out or come back to the dojo in any time he wanted, but after the whole skeleton key incident, he had started going out at around 3pm and got home at 12 am, what was he doing out so late..

You paid no mind as you, yourself was also heading out to meet up with Tang at the restaurant.

"I'll be back home late."
Macaque said as he summoned his shadow like weapon and exited the dojo, as the doors automatically slammed shut

'i should probably install some door stoppers on that.. '
You though to yourself since you disliked the sound of doors slamming

"These colors are at the opposite sides. This one is supposed to go on the 2nd uniform, not the 1st one."

You said as you pointed out a seemingly small but significant mistake in Tang's sketch, you didn't do it to offend him but you simply did it to help him educate himself on the topic he so desperately begged you to help him learn.

"Ah- right, my apologies.. "
Tang replied as he quickly scribbled out the incorrect details, before looking back at you and tilting up his glasses

"Anything else you can help confirm in my book?"
He asked with curiousity written all over his face and demeanour.

This was how you and Tang would usually have your conversation, you would give your insight and information regarding his research of sorts and he keeps you well informed about any questions you had— regardless if it was rather stupid or just flat out basic human etiquette

"No, nothing else."
You said as you put down the last note he had, that you had corrected. You had gotten familiarized with their modernized style of writing, the longer you stayed with them so it was easier to understand but it was still a bit diffcult thanks to Tang's handwriting.

"Say, if I may ask. Why are you rather blunt at times Y/n? Or are you just.. clueless? Not clueless! Just a bit oblivious? AGHH NO!— that sound even worse! "

Tang began to panic a bit since he dreaded the idea of you getting mad at him. After all, he basically just insulted you, right in your face

"It's alright, please do not worry yourself. And to answer your question, I admit that I can be... rather clueless to things that you find normal. "
