The general stood up pointing her weapon towards her opponent as the male guard stumbled back. The said guard immediately admitted defeat in fear.

She look down on the guard and let out a dissapointed sight and put down her weapon

"You did amazing once again, My Lady "
Her assistant greeted her, picking up her sword and putting it away

"The new recruits aren't half bad, they will obviously need more traning but compared to others they preformed quiet well." the female noted off as she fixed her hair and smoothened her sleeves

"I'll take be note of that my lady but you have more important duties to attend to right now" the raven haired assistant said which quickly caught the attention of the general walking beside him, she looked at him with a raised eyebrow

"Sire is asking to see you in a few minutes from now, he stated that there was important business to be taken care of." The ravenette continued

"Hmm... i'll look into that. Anyways i suggest you go help out the guards while i take care of this.. 'situation' " she said as her assistant went outside to help out with the new guards

'hmm what could be so important that our lord would need me specifically?"
She thought as she walked through the empty long hallways of the palace,

despite not even wearing any heels of sort the sound of her boots echoed through the long corridors covered in sleek white marble walls with gold accents. The surroundings felt earily quiet, the sounds of footsteps from workers being the only white noise to be heard

The general stood infront of the two large doors and let out a sigh, she quickly fixed her clothing and a few pieces of armour before opening the doors.

As she walked towards the throne the guards greeted and lightly bowed to her in respect in which she responded with a firm nod.

As she had finaly reached the throne she bowed down and greeted
"Good evening my lord,"

The male adorned with beautiful silk clothing embellished with gold accessories looked down and greeted the general

"Good evening to you too Lady Y/n, as you most likely know i have called you here to discuss an important matter"
He continued as the girl looked at him with a slightly confused face, curious on what he exactly meant

"I have recently started to feel off or uneasy after what i had witnessed in the surface, that is why i will be sending you on a 'mission' to see if anything is out of order" He said which she could only nod in response, she knew her lord had not meant to send her just to look around the place but to act as a for of communication between the surface and the palace.

"You will be given a devise to be able to communicate with us here. Y/n you are on of my most high ranking generals, i trust that you can continue on with this mission"

"Of course Sire, i will not fail you."
