Part 10

The last training before the quarterfinals, 2 days to go and no one is on edge the whole vibe about is good. Sarina is back from covid wich is good so she's back training us. Right now me and the girls are having breakfast I've been cleared for training but after I get it taped up completely.
"Love why are you holding your spoon like that?" Georgia asks as I'm holding the spoon by balling my hand around it
"Cause I can't use my normal hand and I normally hold my spoon like that eating cereal" i say and she looks at me weird. My phone then goes off showing mapis contact, so I answer.
"Record this call" the sound of mapis voice "and don't say anything" so I hit screen record and putt in on speaker walking out taking Georgia with me.
"Right girls, I want nothing but dirty football, the last few games yous have been soft and I don't like that. So see when corners are happening I want Esther on small Daly and when she jumps elbow, midfielders don't go easy either" Jorge says and my eyebrows shoot up
"Don't touch her" i hear mapi and patri growl
"Do not tell me what to do Leon, but you will go under my rules so you play dirty none of this shit football you play and Esther remember corner or any other chance you do it we don't need her ruining our chances" vilda says
"This is not football and leave macy alone" Leila Ouahabi says
"Be quiet! You play under me so you play my rules or you will not see the sight of that pitch or any pitch!" He shouts and then I hear a door slam and load rummaging about, Georgia is squeezing my hand an angry expression on her face
"Did you get all that? Yous need to watch out" Mapi says, I stop the recording.
" I know thanks for this mapi I'll warn the team and Sarina" i say
"We're playing a four, four, three, same defence but Leila out olga in and midfield but Mariona, Esther and Marta up front so watch macy cause Esther will do what vilda says" mapi warns
"Mapi I'm not going down after a shitty elbow so what vilda says or does it's not stopping any of our players" i say
"He says about the midfield but that's patri and Aitana they won't do anything but I don't know about Teresa" mapi says
"What part of the midfield will she play?" Georgia asks
"She'll be on the left of patri" mapi answers
"She's most likely to be on me or Fran" Georgia tells us
"Right I've gotta go training but I'll phone as soon as I can, alexia might phone you as well bye hermana bye Georgia " she quickly says hang
"Right come on guapa" i say
"What does that mean?" Georgia asks and I keep walking "macyyy"

I was already ready for training , so I ran across the pitch to Sarina the staff with my phone. To show her what's happening.
"Sarina, there's something I need to show you" i say and she raises her eyebrows "it's vilda about the game"
"Let's see kid" she says and I show her. She has this expression I can't read "change of plans for training"
"I'll get the girls to hurry up" i say and she nods with smile. I rush to the changing room "girls hurry training has changed"
"Why what's happened?" Rachel asks walking towards me at the door.
"Just hurry up Rach you'll find out" i say and Leah jogs over to me
"Take everything with you girls like your shinnys and Boots with to the pitch to finish there" Leah says wrapping an arm over my shoulder
"Thanks skipp" i say
"No problem let's go, I know it's vilda" she says. Georgia would've told her. Once we get to the pitch there's a lot of cones and mahicans out and free kicks set out.
"Girls change of plans, macy you can explain" Sarina says as we huddle round i move next Sarina with my phone.
"So as you know vilda is an ass, but mapi has let me in on something, don't get pissed or worried this is why we changed training. So listen" i say amd press play on my phone. Everyone pissed faces and worried "what did I say not getting pissed or worried cause we're gonna learn how to stop it in training, for the midfield aitana and patri won't do shit because they know I would go mental but Teresa we don't know about her"
"What we doing about you?" Rachel asks, anger and worried written on her face
"Jamie will help the keepers do they're thing, we will work on free kicks because if they play dirty we're bound to get free kicks" Sarina tells us and we all nod "right let's go and we'll have a meeting after this of what we expect macy a word please" and we split off I walk with Sarina around the pitch
"Everything okay Sarina? I mean that's a stupid question" i say and we laugh.
"Is there anything else mapi said?" She asks and I nod
"They will be playing a 4-4-3 same defence but Leila out Olga in-" i say but Sarina stops me
"You'll be saying all that in the meeting and I want you in the conference tomorrow" she says "I want you to make a plan as you will know those players inside out so come on"
"What about training?" I ask and she chuckles
"I will take you training my self after the meeting, your coming with me to make our plan tomorrow how about that?" She asks and I nod. We make our way to the meeting room.
