I had a sadness in my heart
When I saw a child in a mart
He was a little boy
Playing with his stuffed toy
This reminded me of my childhood
When I wanted to become Robin hood
What if I could again become a child
I will be able to play all the games that are wild
I would be wishing to fly like a Bubble
Having a World of dreams not to be seen from Hubble
I will have a mind which is very chimerical
believing in all sorts magic , power and miracle
Playing in the rain of winter will again be forbidden for me
Ahh!! who cares , I will sneak out of my house so that no one can see
Dancing in the rain until i shiver
Returning to my home with 100 Degree Fever
My Mom will ground me till the arrival of fall
No problem , I will find a pencil to draw pictures on the wall
Being a Kid is so much fun
its like the rise of newly born sun
I know its impossible to go back in time
But I am pretty sure I entertained all of you with all these rhymes .

The interesting thing about this poem is that it took me 4 years to write it.Yes!!! 4 yrs.When I started writing this poem I could not continue it as I needed more inspiration and tbh I was still a child but when I had enough of this inspiration thing.It was finally completed
